Henry and Alex have been husbands for years now, and they couldn't be happier. While Henry was out for groceries, Alex sat at the dinner table, a bead kit on his right.

Alex often made bracelets. Sure, not all the time, but it was a fun therapeutic thing he did when he felt overwhelmed or when he just felt like it.

The brunette carefully slid the plastic beads around the clear elastic. Alex was very focused. It was clear he was.

He made them specifically in a colour order. One was with the bisexual flag colours, pink, purple and blue. Alex then slid on some letter beads. A-L-E-X. He finished off the bracelet carefully with multiple tight knots.

Alex then cut a new, long elastic, the size of his husband's wrist. He knotted it tightly and began placing on the beads, now in the gay flag, dark teal, teal, white, light blue and dark blue.

After multiple beads, he slid on H-E-N-R-Y in letter beads. When he finishes the bracelet, he knotted it tightly and smiled. Alex stares at their bracelets and nods to himself, proud of his creation. He carefully closes his bead kit and places it back in its original place.

Right at that moment, he heard the door open. Alex rushes over the door with the bracelets and smiles at his husband, Henry.

"Hey." Alex says, a bright gummy smile on his face. They kiss multiple times, it was slow and caring.

"Hey." Henry replied, smiling softly as breaks of their kisses. "I'm gonna place the groceries in the fridge, alright? I'll be back with you in a minute." He mutters before walking to their kitchen.

Henry takes his time to organize his just-bought stuff into the fridge and pantry. As he finishes, he closes the fridge and walks back to Alex, who was sitting in the couch.

"Alright." Henry murmurs, smiling brightly. He wanted to add something, a new sentence, but gets cut off by his husband who was clearly excited for something.

"I made something. For us." He says with an exciting tone. Henry nods, taking in his words to show him he's listening.

"Show me your wrist." He mutters softly, and Henry obeys, showing his wrist. Henry smiles as he notices a bracelet getting slid on his wrist, then looks at Alex as he watches him slide on his own bracelet.

"You made this?" Henry says, smiling brightly. "Yeah." The other replied, blushing softly.

"I bloody love it." Henry says with a gummy smile that showed his teeth. He carefully inspected the bracelet before looking up at Alex. Henry hugs Alex tightly, wrapping his arms tightly around his as he pampers his face with kisses.

He kisses Alex softly on his soft lips and climbs on his lap, straddling him. He clearly was happy about the kind gesture. He kisses Alex again and again, smiling brighter than the sun.

They spend some time on the couch, kissing and cuddling since they were both absolutely happy.

The next day, they were on a date in the park. The husbands held hands as the walked around, smiling at the trees. Henry's bracelet was on his right wrist, Alex's on Alex's left wrist so that they could keep their bracelets next to eachother.

As they stroll through the park, Henry can't help but stare at their hands collided with eachother. He was so happy, happier than he has ever been.
