Chapter 13: Mount Natagumo

"EEP!" Snapping her mouth shut to avoid being heard or seen she automatically grasped onto Bakugo's bicep when the sound of the boy screaming made her jump and hid the lower portion of her face in the back of his shoulder.

"Shh!" Bakugo hissed back but she could see the ghost of a smile on his face as she looked up only to quickly step away when his face turned to see hers only inches from his with an obvious blush growing on his face.

"Sorry."

"Told you...grappy." Raising his brows he returns to look at the strangers, ignoring the way his arm and shoulder still tingled with the lingering feeling of her holding onto him a second ago.

"Am not." she muttered.

"We've come to help." Another boy with average height and ruffled black-burgundy hair said. They could see by his physique that he was rather athletic and muscular but what took them by surprise was the scar on the top of his forehead along with a large wooden box he seemed to be carrying on his back. He also wore a black and green checkered haori and hanafuda earrings.

"Are you alright? What happened here?"

"Man this place is full of spider webs! What a pain!" another boy behind the first yelled while frustratingly removing the webs from his hands. He looked just as well build as the first with the difference being that unlike the other two, he left his chest bare ignoring the regular uniform the two seemed to be wearing.

"Is he wearing a boar head?" Mina asked immediately getting another SHH from Bakugo. "Um excuse me sir but did you just shush me?"

Rolling his eyes Bakugo couldn't deny he was wondering the same thing about the other guy but decided that right now that wasn't as important as possibly finding out where exactly they were. These were the first people they'd come across in this place other than the missing girl and he wasn't about to jump out of their hiding spot to confront three people who were clearly armed.

"I'm Tanjiro Kamado, rank Mizunoto."

"Mizunoto?! Why didn't they send a Hashira?!" the boy's eyes widened. "No matter how many Mizunoto they send it won't help!" The boy couldn't stop shaking as he continued to whimper in fear. They coulnd't make out what else was being said only watching as the three of them began shouting at each other with the boy wearing the boar head furiously punching the scared boy square in the face before pulling him by the hair.

"Inosuke!"

Raising his hand to silence Tanjiro the other boy with the boar head momentarily sniffed the air before Tanjiro heard him giggling mencingly.

"Alright I've had enough of this shit. Let's go." Bakugo whispered to the two girls before he turned to come face to face with the boy.

"Found you." The boy named Inosuke triumphantly raised both his swords watching as the three strangers took a defensive step back. "Kanjiro I found them!"

"It's Tanjiro!" Tanjiro shouted as he stopped next to his friend. "Oh hey, who are you?"

"They're demons of course and I'm the one who found them first!" Inosuke proudly shouted.

"Um I don't think they're demons." The frightened boy carefully approached them.

"What are you talking about?! Of course they are!" Inoskue pointed the sharp edge of his sword towards Mina who flinched backwards with Uraraka. "How do you explain that?!"

"Enough with this demon thing!" Mina frustratingly raised both her fists. "If one more person calls me that-"

"You'll what?!" Inosuke pointed both swords at her. "Let me end her right now Sanjiro!"
