Emma sano

Appearance:

She has honey blonde hair that falls to her upper back with bangs swept to the left, a fair complexion, a notably feminine figure and big yellow eyes. It is worth mentioning that her overall appearance takes after her biological mother, Karen Kurokawa.
When seen in her school uniform, it consists of a: short sleeve button up shirt (long sleeve for the cold, winter months a grey pleated skirt, a sky-blue sweater that's seen wrapped around her waist, loose white socks, and brown loafers.
When seen outside of school, she can be seen wearing trendy, feminine outfits

Personality:

Emma is noted to have a very childish demeanor, especially when around Draken, her long-time crush. She will often flirt with others, in order to try to get him jealous and then deflate when he doesn't get angry, hoping to steal his attention from her brother. She tends to act older than she is because she wishes to grow up faster, but her childish nature comes out still. She is loyal to her brother and listens to his orders.
Hinata Tachibana notes that Emma is at heart a pure romanticist who wants her love to succeed and is a very kind girl at heart who worries about others despite trying to maintain a more composed demeanor.

Family :

Manjiro Sano
Mikey is Emma's half older brother. Emma came to live with the Sano's when she was at age 3. Eventually they became very close. Mikey is overprotecting with his sister and shows a soft side with her like when he goes to buy her a birthday gift. Altough Mikey is her older brother, Emma is frequently seen scolding him and acts like an older sister to Mikey. Emma vows to save Mikey just like he saved her. She also says that Mikey is still a child that can't sleep without his old blanket.
With her death at the hands of Kisaki, a part of Mikey's heart died with her.
Izana Kurokawa
Emma's adoptive older brother. They lived together until Emma was 3 years old, when Izana left to go to 'school'. Then they made a promise to see each other again in the future, however they were unable to keep the promise because of Emma's murder.
Shinichiro Sano
Shinichiro and Emma's relationship wasn't described very much, but it's thought that they were close, since Emma was apparently crying at Shinichiro's funeral. They were seen standing next to each other supporting Mikey from the afterlife.

Emma has a very childish demeanor when around Ken her long time crush. She will often flirt with others to try to get him jealous and then deflate when he doesn't get angry, hoping to steal his attention from her brother. It is shown that he loved her too, as seen when he wished he had confessed before she died.

Friends :

Hinata Tachibana
Hina and Emma had a rocky start, with Emma trying to do "that" with Takemichi, Hina's boyfriend at the time. Later on though, they became best friends, as seen with Emma encouraging Hina to ask Takemichi out, and Hina hugging Emma as she cries when Draken got stabbed in the stomach, on The Battle of 8/3. Hina was very devastated when Emma was killed.

Initially as the series started, Emma used Takemichi to "become an adult" by trying to do it"

History
Emma is the youngest of the Sano siblings, and the younger sister to Izana Kurokawa who she lived with until she was 3, when he left for 'school' and she hasn't seen him since. As a child she moved in with her grandfather and two brothers. Shinichiro and Mikey welcomed her Mikey taking the name Mikey so she didn't feel weird with a foreign name. Her siblings took care of her and taught her how to fight; leading her to make many friends along the way.
Emma and her brother Mikey are very close being born just over a year apart, that non-suspecting people think they're dating. Emma is also close to Draken who is her crush; and gets excited when he buys her a birthday gift. She tries to grow up faster than she is and uses her body to get her way and try to make her crush jealous. She has a distaste for fighting between her brother and Ken and is loyal to them and Toman. She is protective of Hina and follows the orders to protect her.
Ordered by Izana, Emma gets attacked by Kisaki and killed. Mikey in his desperate attempt to save his sister carries her to the hospital on his back when she utters her final request for him to tell Draken that she loves him and for Takemichi to take care of Mikey. Before allowing herself to die on the back of her brother.

Plot
Emma is with Takemichi Hanagaki at a karaoke. She undress and gets on him, but then the future Takemichi takes over and he is surprised to be in this situation. The room phone rings and Emma answers, wanting another 30 mins, but Takemichi uses that moment to run.
Later, she goes to Toman's meeting at Musashi Shrine. Ken Ryuguji tells her to protect Hinata Tachibana as she is Takemichi's girlfriend. Emma then greets Takemichi and calls him wussy boy, causing Hinata to wonder what he means and Ken to wonder if he knows Emma. Takemichi states he has no memory, but Emma explains he made her undress in her underwear and then ran away. That angers Hinata, who then beats Takemichi. Emma is surprised that Takemichi went with her, considering he had a girlfriend. She explains she isn't into Takemichi, but just wanted to grow up faster. She hoped that Ken will get at least a bit angry and not only care about Manjiro Sano, bikes and fighting.
When the Toman conflict with Moebius began, Emma got a call from Ken and asked her to come to the hospital and look after Takemichi. When Takemichi woke up, he accidentally touched her beasts and Emma called him a perv. Emma explains that she doesn't really know what is going on, but Manjiro and Ken are fighting due to Pah-chin and currently Toman is split into two factions. While she cries over Takemichi's lap, Hinata comes and mistakes the situation and beats Takemichi.
