Val's pov

I was surprised by the view infront of me

He brought me to a lantern festival
Holy fuck I am crawling up in happiness he guided me and we both were emerged in lantern making process . When our lantern floated it was so good to see it , as the lantern slowly faded away from my side he was busy thinking about something so he didn't hear me calling when he finally came back to senses I saw a tear falling out from his eyes but he managed to wipe it off and pretend like he didn't .

I couldn't stop staring because of effect she has on me she made feel comfortable she is my "angel"
And after my dad I could say she is my everything I can't wait to express my love to her my head resting upon her shoulder makes me that this moment should never end

Next day when val was walking to school she was happily hopping around without knowing a trap set behind she found a dog which was fighting for death she took the dog
When she increased her pace and started walking faster somone seeing the situation came forward to help her and eventually she gets kidnapped by the person now how hard she tried to escape she couldn't and suddenly everything went black .

On the other side Jack without knowing this plan's to express his feelings for her when he entered he couldn't find her he called her
But she didn't pick it up

His heart started to beat faster and his mind started to think that something bad could have happened to her
He searched everywhere but couldn't find her so went to police to file a complaint
And irrespective of the complain he made he tried to search her
When he walks to a particular place he notices her bag lying in the road he then looked for a cctv cameras in that area , he then tracked the vehicle and reached to the place where she was kidnapped after several hours

She was locked up in a dark room
Tied up entirely her face was pale scared and disturbed when Jack reached the place he entered with a team of police officers they then reached the place and find no one to be seen expect her being tied up
They quickly rescued her and admitted to hospital as she fainted
After few hours she finally woke up finding Jack near her she then immediately hugged him tightly and started sobbing ,he then consoled her, he asked who were they but she wasnt ready to let out her feelings he then understood and tried to give her space after a while traveling

Jack stayed with her allnight listening to her sobs and making her feel comfortable

The next day

She was ready to open up, as she began
They were the one who tried to kill me a month before I don't know who is behind them I once saw them killing somone and I'm not sure but they are accusing my parents have killed somone who were dear to them I can't believe this I dont know why they escaped leaving me alone I think someone I know very is a spy to them
I don't really trust my parents too
What if they have killed somone as
She stated as her face was terrified
They were not good to me but how could they kill someone or they are accusing me so that I will not tell anyone they killed someone

I don't know which one is truth I need to find it before anything miserable happens

After a while Jack spoke just don't let your thoughts wander for a while I will take care of it don't stress yourself remember I'm there for you no matter what the situation is I will never leave you they both were hugging each other and comforted themselves and as time passed they both went into a deep slumber in each other arms
Jack loves her to the death but does she reciprocate the same or seeks someone who can comfort her soul

On the other side val's parents were in a deep discussion it's been a year since we have seen her shall we plan a suprise visit to her house as her mother raised her dad immediately shuts her off by why should we disturb her let's she come when she wants to see us I don't think she will as she has no love for us nor do I until she left us alone and she never listened to my words I wanted her to be version how I wanted to be not how she wanted how dare she disobey my words as her father kept on pouring words her mother just nodded and carried on her work as she agreed on her father words too since she also had bit of anger towards her
