TRY TO KILL IT ALL AWAY,

Lucille Reid had been in love with Adam Stanheight for nearly a year. The two young adults met in a bookstore in the city, and from then on, they were inseparable. Lucille loved Adam, and he loved her.

She was well aware of Adam's job. It had never bothered her that he was paid to take pictures of rich men who were up to nothing but trouble. But then she discovered that Adam was hired to follow Lawrence Gordon, a doctor who had been suspected of committing the Jigsaw murders terrorizing their city. Jigsaw was an unknown figure, lurking the streets to prey on the next person who would fall victim to his murders. He placed his victims into brutal traps, allowing them to have the chance to survive with intense consequences, or die in their place. Lucille was terrified of this killer, and if Lawrence Gordon was suspected of being Jigsaw, then she wanted Adam to have nothing to do with it.

But being the stubborn man he was, he didn't listen. He insisted on taking the job and doing it well. And for two hundred dollars a night, it wasn't a terrible gig. But the possible risk of being Jigsaw's next victim was too prevalent.

And just as Lucille suspected, Adam would indeed be Jigsaw's next target. Waking up in a dingy bathroom alongside Lawrence, with no chance to live unless he fought for it. As for Lucille, she wound up being involved in the trap as well, being kidnapped and kept in her own little room to watch Adam possibly meet his demise. But Lucille was smart, and she wasn't going to let either of them go down without a fight.

If they were to survive this elaborate trap, they had to survive together.
