Nanon hesitated for a moment before speaking. "Actually, there are already robotic surgery programs in Singapore. They were the first in Southeast Asia, not us."

Doctor Sun's smile faltered for a brief moment before he regained his composure. "Ah, yes, thank you for that correction. What I meant to say is that we will be the first to launch such a program in Thailand."

Chimon, who had been trying to subtly pull Nanon back into his seat, sighed in exasperation. "You don't win a prize for pointing out mistakes, Nanon. Sit down."

Nanon sat back down, his cheeks flushed with embarrassment. Chimon leaned over and whispered, "This is a press event, not a classroom."

Nanon's eyes widened in realization. "Are they press?" he asked in a hushed tone. Chimon nodded, he couldn't help but feel a mix of concern and amusement for his new, well-intentioned yet clueless friend.

"So innocent and naive, I don't how he is going to survey in this hospital" Chimon thought to himself while sighing to himself.

After a press meet, Nanon found himself in Doctor Sun's cabin. "Doctor Nanon, University topper," Doctor Sun remarked, scanning through Nanon's resume. Nanon beamed with pride, "I'm a gold medalist too, sir."

Doctor Sun merely rolled his eyes before taking a seat. "More than a hundred gold medalists are here. What a pity, what a pity? You would have failed if common sense was a subject," he remarked. Nanon's expression fell slightly, "Sorry, sir, I didn't realize it was a press meet."
With a sigh, Doctor Sun continued, "Mr. Nanon, we are doctors. Without a proper diagnosis, we shouldn't jump to conclusions. Our words should be chosen wisely."

Nanon nodded, humbled, "Okay, sir."
"Please, do your duty sincerely," Doctor Sun advised as he handed Nanon his appointment papers.

"It's your appointment; you can start tomorrow." Nanon's eyes lit up with excitement,

"I'll join right away, sir!"

Doctor Sun chuckled mockingly, "As you wish," as Nanon left the room, eager to begin his new role.

"It is block 'c'." Doctor sun said nanon nodded his head.

Nanon: "Thank you sir."

Navigating the hospital's blocks, Nanon muttered, "C block, 'C' block," until he reached a corner where he found a distressed family surrounding a patient. Curious, Nanon inquired, "What happened?"

Through tears, the family explained, "He drank hot milk and swallowed an areca nut. Now he's as tight as a drumstick."

Handing his papers to them, Nanon hushed their pleas, focusing on the situation. As he checked the patient's pulse, a bewildered wardboy observed.

Interrupting, the wardboy stuttered, "Sir, what are you doing?"

Nanon calmly instructed, "Bring the stethoscope and prepare the table." Perplexed, the wardboy queried, "Why the stethoscope?"

Nanon's firm tone asserted, "Do as I say. Apply pressure to his neck and listen carefully. A second is all it takes for breath to fade."

Startled, the wardboy obeyed while Nanon borrowed a stethoscope from a nearby doctor. Grieving, Nanon listened for a heartbeat, then sadly announced, "I'm sorry, he's gone."
