non-premium users should only be able to make 10 chapters per book
site theme should randomly change colors every few days. changing it should still be a premium feature, but it will change every few days
they should put out multiple false alarms that the site is going to be shut down (about every couple weeks or so)
followers will only see 1 of your announcements per day. unless you have premium, then it will be 3.
