I write Y/N or "you" as very cold,composed and kind of "perfect" in a sense that "you" do everything perfectly. "You" fight perfectly,"your" posture is relaxed,"you" barely flinch,"you" are very calculated and perceptive,never missions anything.
And finally, Y/N or "you" will not trust people easily and you {the reader} would probably be aggravate to how slow everything is going but it's all about how traumatised and damaged Y/N or "you" is.
