Marleys back story / pov

Marley's back story - After my brother moved to Oklahoma my life was never good and I was born after he moved so I am saying that my life was terrible. While I was at school my father would do nothin but drink and drink while my mother did drugs while she was on break but she eventually got caught and got fired and now all she does is drugs. I turned 15 last month and now I am the one who's trying to keep up with the bills but it's hard going to school then to work just to come home and be abused then go to bed. I had this one friend named Annie but she moved when I was 13 so I haven't seen her for the last two years so hopefully she has a better life.

Marley's pov - The ride to Tulsa was one of the most boring rides ever. The driver ignored me the entire time and the only time she talked was to say that I was going to live with my brother or if I needed the bathroom or if I needed food. I fell asleep halfway and when she woke me up I looked out my window just to see a building looking like a bar when she said " grab your stuff , I'm tired of knowing you're in my car ". Before I could even knock on the door I heard a noise causing me to look back just to see the girl driving off and behind it there was a bunch of kids but I couldn't tell what they looked like because of how dark it was but they were holding something and two do them had a bunch of rings on both hands. Before I could do anything they came running toward me causing me to grab my bag and throw it onto my back and I ran as fast as I could.

After a few minutes they were starting to gain on me and I was about to give up when I felt a shoulder pull me behind a tree. After a couple of minutes we started to walk out of our hiding place when we heard a voice yell " there they are ". We started to run as fast as we could to the place where we started. When we got back we went through the back way. He then pulled on my wrist carefully pulling me upstairs when we reached a room.

He then walked in with me following him when we both got grossed out. A man was shirtless having sex with a girl who was just in her bra. When they heard us the girl quickly threw on an oversized shirt and ran out of the room. The boy quickly stood up asking a million questions to the boy who brought me but the only thing I caught was named Johnny but he quickly stopped realizing I was still standing there. He then said " hi there doll , names Dallas Winston , what are you doing hangin around this little boy ".

I then said " my name is Marley oh and by the way dad finally crashed because of the alcohol he was consuming then the next thing you know there goes mom in a car wreck , she was killed on impact ". Dally stood there with a look like he was trying to piece a puzzle together when he said " I thought she got an abortion , I thought she got rid of you , I'm so sorry ". He then walked over to me and gave me a hug which caused me to push him off due to instinct. I then gave him a look of saying " sorry ". He then said " come on you two , we have to get to the Curtis's ".
