Sadness is important.
Don't be annoyed that you get sad, don't think you're a failure, because honestly sadness is one of the most beautiful things there ever has been.
Sadness is a basic human construct and honestly, it's amazing too. Sadness is essential for humans to survive! I mean what is happy if there isn't sadness?
What would you be able to define as happiness if sadness wasn't also defined?
Next time you're sad I want you to tell someone. Not because humans are nosy and curious, but because it might just help take a bit of weight off your heart.
