Getting Adopted By Bryan Stars?!??

Chapter Seven

~{ Bryan's POV }~

"We told Rue to meet us at noon, right?" I ask Johnnie in a very worried tone.

"Yeah, I'm positive we did." Johnnie says back. "Lets just look around the mall."

I silently agree with him and start walking out of the food court. We look inside every store, expecting to find her somewhere, but by the time we checked the last store she was nowhere to be found.

For another half an hour we search the entire mall again, but still no luck. We decide it would be best if we search around town as well before getting the police involved.

Johnnie tries calling Rue's phone multiple times, but nobody answered. Hours pass with no luck. It fell dark out so I decided to drive Johnnie and I home.

I could definitely see concern and sadness on Johnnie's face, but did he like her or something? I mean I don't necessarily like the idea, but it could be good for them both to have someone. Although, I'm probably just over thinking.

I looked over at Johnnie as we got close to the house, he had fallen asleep. I heard a faint buzzing noise and got confused. I tapped Johnnie fairly hard to get him awake. It fortunately worked.

"What man? Are we home?" Johnnie says in a sleepy voice.

"Is that your phone?!" I yell.

Johnnie reaches into his pocket and pulls out his phone. It was Rue, he picked it up immediately.

There was a scratchy noise in the beginning followed by a deep voice.

" Don't come looking for her..." a piercing silence fills the line. "She's all mine now..." Mumbled yells started to fill the background. Maniacal laughter took over then was cut off with silence.

Utter horror had struck Johnnie's face. A tear had formed and fallen from him eye to his cheek. I pulled out my phone and immediately dialed 911.

"Hello, what's your emergency?" A stereotypical operator voice picked up.

"My daughter has been...." I trailed off, thinking of much worse punishments he could have. I hung up the phone, hoping no one would try calling back.

I look at Johnnie " I have a plan..." I say without explanation. I speed the rest of the way home almost earning me a ticket.

I run up the driveway and burst through the front door trying to gather my thoughts. This has got to work, I think to myself.

I feel like this story is just going to be really boring 😭😭😭 I hope people actually like it though ;-; I mean, I think in the next few chapters some shits gonna go down so lets just hope that goes well cx dont forget to vote and comment <3 love you guyssss
