The trouble with love is frankly
Love itself.
I used to believe it wasn't real until I met the boy with brown eyes.
I loved him, Connor Moore. He showed me the world, made me believe that love was real. He was my first to everything & I was his everything,
Until he met her. Abby Rieger. We met a girl at a party & they started talking & hanging without me knowing.
& one day I walked in on him with her, I literally felt my heart break. After that day I vowed to never love again.
All love ends in heart break.
Love may be fun but its dangerous.
My heart pulled.
"Trouble!" Luke said knocking me out of my thoughts, I jumped slightly. "Hey luke." I say, "you alright mate?" He asked, I sigh at the thought of my Connor.
I cant believe hes still getting to me. Even now.
"Yeah im great, wassup?" I asked as he sighed. "I need a favor." He said as I groan.
"What is it?" I ask, "well first when do you get off?" He asked, "in about ten mins. Why?" I ask, "cause I need you to come to a party tonight, everyone wants you to come because you're new & people on curious...." he keeps rambling as I groan.
"Luke, I dont know about a party." I say as he makes a sad face, "please?" He begged, "if sky goes ill go." I say as he makes a small smile before nodding & making his way towards sky.
I sigh before hearing a name I rarely get called.
"Parker, is that you?" Someone asked, I turn towards them wishing it wasn't her.
"Abby." I say as my voice nearly broke.
I feel my heart breaking all over again as I look down & notice shes pregnant. Shes glowing. She still looks amazing, no wonder he chose her. Look at her.
"Its great to see you, I haven't seen you since that thing." She mumbles awkwardly.
Im sure its great to see the girl who loved the guy you stole from her.
I just nod unable to speak. Why is she here? Why did she stop and talk to me of all people?
"Look, I wanted to say im sorry for what happen, I never wanted you to find out that way. We were friends."
"Okay, I have to get back to work, nice seeing you." I mumble & try to walk away when she grabs my arm.
"Parker please. Talk to me." She says, I just stare at her. I didnt say a word.
She slowly let go of me when someone called her name.
"Parker." A deep voice said as I looked up. I felt tears filling my eyes as I looked at him.
"You look great." He says slowly while wrapping his arm around abby.
I bat my eyes til the tears go away. I force a smile wishing I could go jump off the nearest cliff or that a car would drive into the bar & kill me.
"Trouble." Luke called me as I turned around, he looked worried. "Hmm?" I say as he walks over to me wrapping his arm around me.
"You alright mate?" He asked, while I nod. "Great, luke this is connor & Abby." I say to luke as he looks at them before waving.
"So sky said she'd come, so ill pick you to up at 9." Luke said as I nod. I look back to connor & abby before forcing another smile.
"Can we talk to you." Connor asked, I shake my head. "Look you guys, I have to get ready for the party, i would said it was nice seeing you two but honestly it wasn't, & id be happy to never see you two ever again. Have a nice day both of you." I say before taking off my apron & walking away leaving them both shocked.
I walked into my aunts office & check out, then i walk over to sky. She smiles at me. "Meet me at my house to get ready later?" I ask as she nods happily.
I walk out of the bar passing abby & connor one last time.
Hopefully the last time in this life time.
I sigh, I walk to the end of the street where I park my jeep. I get in my jeep & drive to my apartment down the street.
I cant wait to get home & take a shower, & hopefully wash the events of today away.
I pull into the apartment complex & park in my spot before getting out. I grab my bag before walking inside.
Shit my legs hurt.
I walk inside & smile.
Finally home. Thank god.
I walk straight to the bathroom & strip ready to shower, I get inside the shower thinking about today.
Why today? How did they find me? I left so they wouldn't? How could they expect me to talk to him? Why did they both have to look so amazing? Why does he still take my breathe away?
I think while the water runs down my body.
Why'd he chose her? Why didnt he love me? Why would she do that she was my friend?
Soon tear were feeling my eyes again this time I didnt stop them from falling.
No, dont cry over him.
I say to myself but i couldn't stop. He stole my heart & never gave it back.
Those brown eyes still make me melt.
I wipe my tears & force them out of my mind, & try to stay positive.
I wrap a towel around me before walking towards my room.
What to wear, what to wear
I wonder looking through my closet.
I shouldn't get ready yet its only 8.
I put on some pj shorts & a tank. I straight my hair & put on some makeup. Once I was done I heard someone at the door.
I ran to the door, expecting sky. I opened the door to see sky & Luke. They both smiled. "We brought food" they say as I grin.
They walk in & hand me some chicken strips & a code red mtn dew. I simply smile.
I love these guys.
"You look beautiful parker." Luke said as sky nodded while smiling. "Thanks guys." I say while blushing a little.
They're both already ready. Sky's wearing a pair of white high wasted shorts with a blue crop top & blue vans with her hair curled & simple makeup.
Luke is wearing a simple cobain shirt & black jeans & all black vans. Somehow they both always look good.
"Ima go get ready." I say after I finish my food.
I walk back into my room & look at my outfit. I wearing black ripped skinny jeans & a laced black crop top with a pink tank & all pink vans.
After I get dressed I walk out of the room & say "how do I look?" They both smile.
"You look gorgeous. " Luke says as sky shakes her head.
"Hun you look hot." Sky says with a laugh.
"Lets go party!" I say as they both nod.
