I don't know how I slept with those thoughts in my mind, I woke up to the voice of my Mamma warning"If you don't wake up now, I'll pour water on your face" With that I woke up from my beauty sleep
I got freshened up, I had breakfast with Riya as it was 11:00 am. And Riya's holidays have also started from yesterday as she has completed her 2nd standard.
I decided to watch MY DEMON on my laptop in my bedroom. I opened my laptop to start watching just by then Riya came and sat in front of me
"Ask," I said as she saw me with a question mark face "How can you say that I came to ask you something?" she asked innocently to which I answered that "face is like a mirror baby it reflects the emotions we held in our heart"'ooh' she said
"you were about to ask me something na ask. "I asked who was the guy that went in the car last night she asked, "WTH, how did she come to know that I know that person??" my inner voice questioned me
"How could I know some passerby?"I questioned her
Though she just completed her 2nd standard she is very quick-witted in this kind of matters
She gave me a suspicious look, and with a nervous smile I tried to change the subject(of course a failed attempt)
"I know you do know that guy if you won't say me then I'll leak the whole matter to Mama and Papa," she said in one breath "This lil devil" I uttered for what she said"Like Mausi like baby"
she said, sometimes I feel like our sarcasm levels will be at the same level
"Please tell me the story naa... please" she pleaded
It was a waste of time for me to brag, so I started to recall the memories tied to that person
With a deep breath, I started saying the story
"It was in my school days," I said and paused to see if my answer satisfied her
But she was eagerly waiting for me to continue
