Cyrus changes her outfit, deciding on a black hoodie, some brown cargo pants, and a pair of black hightops with a ring or two to decorate her hand. She gets into the Nissan Altima and heads down to the front of the base knowing that's the only entrance Oliver would willingly show someone. Pulling up she sees a car. When she gets out she can hear the voice of Oliver and one Tommy Merlyn.

She stands at the entrance, her arms crossed as she clears her throat walking in. "I know I'm getting a part of this as I gave you the idea right?" Cyrus says as she looks towards him with a smirk winking at the billionaire. "Of course you, me, and Tommy the three business owners. You two just need to become better friends''Oliver says as Cyrus walks up to him. Cyrus rolls her eyes at the man's antics as she knows it's just an act.

Oliver goes explaining the rest of the idea to Tommy and Cyrus pointing out the different places and set ups that could be in the club. As he finishes Tommy looks at him. "Oliver, are you sure you want to do this, I mean you have no experience in running...well anything, and I don't know much about you Cyrus, just that you're rich enough to have a personal bodyguard."Tommy says causing the girl to nod in a 'fair enough' type way. "How bout this, we scope out the competition. There's a club run by Max Fuller, we're going there tonight, "Tommy says. Oliver looks at him shaking his head. "I slept with his fiancee at the rehearsal dinner"Oliver says, causing Cyrus to look amused. She knew he got around back in the day obviously it's Oliver Queen he was always on the news but she didn't think he got down like that.

"The rehearsal dinner s technically before the wedding right?"Tommy says as the two start laughing. "Besides who stays mad at a castaway" Tommy says as Oliver's face goes down the smile lifting off his face as Tommy checks his phone. He looks up at the two. "Sorry but I gotta roll see you both tonight alright" He says patting Oliver's chest and sending a smile Cyrus's way that she returns.

As Oliver talks with Diggle Cyrus continues looking over the club knowing just like Oliver is going to have the base under it another room is gonna need to be made for Mafia operations, have someone over it at all times maybe a few lower levels can be called give them something to do while keep the money for the mafia influx and to turn the dirty money to good money through money laundering. She'll have to bring it up to her dad when he arrives on Saturday.Cyrus gets out of her head when she feels Oliver tap her shoulder. "Come on we got some business to handle"He says as the two get in their cars and start heading downtown to the mechanic shop.

Walking into the mechanics shop the two have everything figured out wanting Oliver to do the talking since he's in relation to Bratva but Cyrus mafia claims can get some ties too. "In the basement underneath"Oliver says, causing a man to climb closer to him, while Cyrus doesn't know what he said she knows that a bad sign causing her to get closer to Oliver ready to pull out her gun incase. The man goes to attack Oliver as the blonde man quickly disarms it as Cyrus pulls out her pistol and points it at the mechanic who Olivr was in conversation with.
