"We all know how rani is, she act off emotions so if y'all break up or you do some shit she don't like you know whats gon happen"jah argued trying to reason with notti but he wasn't listening. "Y'all don't know shit about my girlfriend, she not that petty nor would she ever keep my baby away from me"he argued defending her to his best ability

"Now i can't say the same for dd, ain't no telling with that hoodrat babymama of his"he added shaking his head, dd smacked his lips waving his brother off. "Jay not that bad, she a little slow thats all"dd mumbled scratching his head. "And rani equally as ghetto, don't forget they siblings"jah joked laughing but quickly stopped when he realized nobody else was laughing with him

"Stop talkin bout 'My wife while she sleep, ya bad for business"notti aired waving them off, she wasn't asleep anymore she just had her eyes closed because it helped her relax, she was loving their conversation so she stayed like that. "Jah you always got an opinion on nini, what she do to you fam?"jay asked perking his eyebrow

"Nigga i don't want her, she not even my type"jah argued in a defensive manner, jay side eyed him but didn't say anything else. "Whats yo type then gang? And if you say light skin imma know something"mya butted in twisting her loc between her fingers, when jah didn't say anything thats when it was confirmed. "Free him from them shackles, he stuck in the bright land"notti said in a distraught tone

"But ain't both of yo ex's light skin?"mya questioned furrowing her brows. "What ex's? My only ex is nini, i don't know who you talkin bout"he responded waving her off, she shot her eyes open at hearing the mention of his ex's. "Damn rani, you woke up like you heard they was selling free chipotle"dd joked shaking his head

"Don't even bring food up around her, she already dogged my fuckin fruit rollup"he grumbled slightly mugging the air, she rolled her eyes taking a bag of Hershey's from her mini bag before ripping the bag open and taking three out. "Ethan, can you play some music and don't turn on no ghetto ass drill"she passed stuffing a hershey in her mouth

"Watchu wanna play then"he asked sighing dreading the thought of her playing r&b nonstop. "Play over it by summer walker"she chirped smiling sweetly, he smacked his lips doing exactly what she told him. "Summer walker better be paying ya ass too"he murmured turning the music up

She snapped her head toward him sizing him up before turning her gaze elsewhere, the rest of the ride was quiet besides a few jokes here and there but it was peaceful for the most part, she felt a bit nauseas but it was starting not to bother her as badly as the first few weeks

Her and her body was adjusting to being pregnant and the many changes it brung, she was starting to gain weight in many places mostly her face and thighs, her skin cleared up a bit but there was a drastic change in her looks, she took those as signs of her having a girl since her mother was like that with her little sister

She was glad notti was there helping her every step of the way and being caring/gentle , she'd never seen him be so calm and serious it was too good to be true, nobody but her mother and notti's mother knew about her pregnancy and she planned to keep it that way, not even her father nor her nana knew and she told them everything

It was no doubt she was still going to school since she planned to be a travel nurse one day, she didn't want to be in a predicament to put her baby in harms way so she tried her hardest to let everything slide, saniya was still bothering her with her new friends ally and cabera, but of course ceecee and maryia had her back
