You cradle me
Your voice a lullaby
A warmth so true
That coldness dies
You whisper a sweet sonata
In my ear
With rhyming love songs
Gone are the fears
But there's just one thing wrong with this picture
You're fastly fading and I could feel
Like a memory, a dream
Everything was all surreal
I've been living my whole life
Stuck in the same position
Chains binding me
To this unending illusions
That you're my prince charming
And I'm here, hopeless
Cause you're in someone else's fairytale
So much for being a damsel in distress
Enough of this pointless drama
Though this pain has gone way too deep
I'll just put these tears away
And wait for a different moonlight to sleep
