This is a memory chapter. Alot of chapters will be like this for a while until I get to make this alittle more interesting for you all. So bear with me.

"I don't want any of these raptors used for some military experiment!" A voice boomed.

As i was holding a metal bucket filled with meat for Charlie, Echo, Delta and Blue. They seemed to get even hungrier lately. Owen made this my job from now on. I couldn't help but get curious as the heated conversation went on.

"Do you have any idea on how valuable this could be?! Raptors taking orders from men! They would be weapons for war!" A more heavier voice yelled back.

"There animals!! Not some play toy to be fiddled around with!"

"Fine. I'll see some one who really gives a damn."

As i stayed silent around the corner a large man walked around and stopped for a moment. He pulled out his phone and whispered a few things before shutting it off. The only thing I could make out were 'opportunity. ' and
' raptors. '. He turned around and quickly saw me. I looked away and headed off to feed the raptors. They were locked in their cages for safety purposes.

Last week a guy fell into their enclosure and well, you get the picture. I walked up to Blues cage and began to hand feed her without the muzzle on. These females didn't scare me that much. The only female that would terrify me would be Jasmine. She was still my friend in a way but it doesn't mean I shouldn't be terrified.

"Thats a girl blue." I said giggling.

I would throw a few rats her way and she would catch them eagerly. As i was lost in my own little world a cough got my attention back to the strange man. He looked over me a few times and smirked.

"C~can I help you?" I asked shakily.

"You know raptors are actually amazing creatures." He said slowly making his way to me.

"You know this could be the future of the military." He said leaning agaisnt the metal bars next to me.

I didn't like where he was going with this. These were creatures who have souls. There not robots! They have they're rights!

"But sir these are animals. They are not like robots, they can't always be controlled." I said quietly.

I looked at blue and then back at the stranger. Blue made a loud growl and a hiss at the man. She clearly knew who this was and didn't like him. I trust these animals more than any human.
