———————————————————————— Backstory: Delilah has been an orphan since the age of seven, when her mother and father died in an accident. She grew up moving from house to house of those willing to take her in. When she was reaped for the 70th Hunger Games, no one batted an eye; there was no hope that the little orphan girl would end up winning when she could barely hold an axe. However, during her time before the games, she became close with her mentor, Claire. Claire helped Delilah come up with strategies and figure out what weapons she could use. When Delilah entered the games, she stayed out of the way mostly the entire time. She only killed two people by the end of the games; her third and final kill was a mercy kill, so the other tribute wouldn't suffer from their wounds any longer; this was the kill that made her a victor. When Delilah returned back to 7, she was met with all of the people finally realizing she was more than what they had thought. She also returned with a mother-figure in the form of her mentor, Claire. ———————————————————————— Personality: Delilah is a very sarcastic and closed off woman. She doesn't remember what love or kindness feels like, from anyone, so she keeps herself closed off. She can be kind to those she sees as family or friends, but she even holds them an arms length away.
