However, as I engage in gameplay, I discover that many of the characters I encounter during your gameplay are in some way the same as the main character. The more we learn about each other, the more it's revealed that I, the gamer, are the same as Red. The rom hack ends with I as the main character, Red, in reality, and Red, the character is me... The rom hack continues with the player character being haunted by various bizarre occurences, such as glitches and a demonic presence. I progress through various surreal puzzles, unlocking more and more surreal experiences. I soon discover why this rom Hack is rated mature, for it is quite disturbing, with its gore, adult content, and occult elements. Despite all this, I continue on Upon further examination, I discover that every character in the game is a direct representation of myself. Every challenge I overcame and puzzle I solved is meant to teach me something about myself. The rom hack begins to become a surreal representation of my thoughts, feelings and inner struggles. The rom hack also begins to reflect past events in my life, eventually culminating in a battle against...... Myself. The battle is a difficult one, requiring a mastery of the rom hack's mechanics and an intimate understanding of myself. However, upon victory, the rom hack credits begin to roll. During this, I feel an overwhelming sense of closure, satisfaction, and accomplishment for the journey I have gone through. However, I also feel a sense of emptiness. my heart rate skyrocketing as I sit in utter fear. I'm so unsettled by this jumpscare that I decide to never play the rom hack again. The experience left me feeling scared, traumatized, and deeply disturbed. I have no idea how to process these feelings so I decide to never touch the rom hack again. However, in the back of my mind, I still feel a pang of curiosity and desire to play the rom hack again.
