General Shao was apparently gonna represent the next fighter but Y/N used the chance to slip out he was sure Raiden who'd beat the opponent and even if he didn't well then he gets to say I told you so to Liu Kang

He snuck outside where he saw Li Mei sitting on some steps she seemed lost in thought it should be mentioned that the reaper was once an assassin he thought a change in a career pace would be nice turns out it wasn't satisfactory but he still learnt some skills like how to remain dead silent
