"How ?" The more questions the duke asked, the angrier he seemed.

Lee Soo Hyuk and Choi Jung Soo next to him already wanted to go and silence this man. Can't he let him talk? Cale is already distressed enough in front of him, can't he see it?

Deruth remained silent, the answer was simple. Cale or Kim Rok Soo were afraid of his reaction. He didn't know if he would have really believed it if the god hadn't said anything. At the mention of Jure, Deruth understood that it was his son's choice and no one else's. He knew how much he missed his mother, even if he would have accepted such a choice. He will eventually accept that his son is gone and that he now has one more, but not now, not right away, he needs time.

Violan took her husband's hand, of course she was going to support him in his decision but she had already accepted this new Cale. If it was a choice the original made, he had no say in it. This man was ultimately not at fault.

Basen had the same thoughts as his mother while Lily didn't understand everything, but she accepted having another big brother.

Ron understood the choice his former young master had made as soon as the Countess' name was mentioned. The young master had not been the same since his mother's death. And he wasn't going to lie to himself since he met his new young master, he had become attached to him. And everything he had been able to accomplish since he was there was something he couldn't forget. He will be faithful to him as to his other young master.

Faced with Deruth's silence, Cale felt bad. He thought maybe he didn't believe him, or maybe he was angry at him for stealing his son's body. But he had no choice...he was sorry...really.

The Duke took a deep breath before speaking.

"I just need time, okay... if it's his choice, I accept it, but it's always difficult..." The Duke stammered with his words. But Cale understood, he wasn't angry already, that was good.

He just nodded in his direction.

"Would you like some tea, young master?" Ron had appeared to his right, surprising him. And this question came out of nowhere.

"Young master...really?" Cale asked surprised, he pretended not to hear the beginning of the question.

"Of course, you are my young master." Ron handed him a cup of tea which Cale took automatically. Although he was still bitter, he seemed better than usual. He quickly thanked him.

Ron returned to his seat with a real smile on his face. He wasn't the type to say a lot or express his feelings. But he was sure Cale understood that this was the most important thing.
