"Ah b-baka namula lang kasi hindi a-ako nagpayong papunta dito." I tried to sound calm as I can but I failed.
"I went to your club's office but they told me that you went to our classroom."

"Good luck for tomorrow, Lori." He told me.
"Mas lalo akong kinabahan." I chuckled.

I just smiled at him.
Hinahatid ako ni Nicko palagi kapag uwian. Kahit galing pa siya sa practice ay naglalakad kami pauwi. Masaya raw mag-long walk. Minsan nga nagrereklamo na ako sa kaniya kasi nangangalay na mga binti ko kakalakad. Naka-heels pa naman ako minsan.
Pagkarating ko sa bahay ay agad akong nagbihis at nagluto ng kakainin namin ni ate mamayang hapunan.
Nakaupo ako sa island counter at nagbabantay ng niluluto. I scrolled through my social media app.
Suddenly, I received a text message. I thought it was from Nicko but it came from someone who was not in the list of my contacts.
