Dragon stones, the rarest and most valuable magical item one can get their hands on. Depending on the color, the shape, or even sometimes the inscription on the stone, you can obtain the control of a certain element; fire, earth, ice, water, lightning and even more possibilities that would be too long to list. These are powerful, yet highly unethical and quite dangerous to obtain, as to get your hand on one, you must kill, as the name of the stone indicates, a dragon, you must fight it and its element, you must rip the stone out of its torso and swallow it whole. Then deal with the consequences of your actions.

Yzarkarutiel was a powerful soldier of his clan, often represented by the flames of the enemy villages he had burnt and the foes he had slayed, red. The riches he had brought to the kingdom with all the victories he had on his shoulders, golden. The Fidelity he had to his ruler and clan, blue. Wielding a katana on his side and the horns of a dragon on his helmet. His long black hair flowing in the air like the feathers of a raven, his eyes often described as gold that glowed when the sun lit his face up. But even with all of the respect and praise the people had for him, he felt incomplete, a hole in his heart nothing could fill, not love or money could fill this hole, he knew not what could make him complete at long last. That was until one fateful day he read about the legend of the dragon once again, coming from an old book that was featured in the library, of course he had known of this legend already, but listening to it a bit more, hearing about how power these mystical protector beasts bringer of good fortune, happiness, courage and strength truly were, able to raise the tides, to make the tsunami strike cities effortlessly, to make terrifying thunderstorms, he realized what he was missing and he knew what he had to do. So he took forth to speak to his leader, kneeling down in front of him "I've heard from citizens that some enemies are planning an attack on the village, and my duty tells me I need to protect the city with all I have, no matter what, sir, do you allow me to leave the city to find those intruders?" he asked, cold tone hiding his true intentions, his eyes staring at the cold ground. Dragons were protected beings, so if his leader had learned he was planning on killing one to steal its magic stone to become more powerful, more respected and even feared, oh the leader would have never allowed him to even step a foot out of the temple. As this samurai, this fighter, Yzarkarutiel, had a dark secret; he was hungry, hungry for power, for higher titles, for strength. Stealing a dragon's stone would be the perfect way to reach his goal, and he was ready to do anything to do this. Even lie to his people, manipulate them and control them. His leader nodded, not saying anything much, waving his hand to tell Yzarkarutiel he could go on his way before uttering a quiet "Be careful, take care of yourself. We need you alive." Yzarkarutiel stood up, bowed politely and left the room, taking his armor and went out in the forest, katana at the ready on his hip. As he walked, his armor clanked and clanged as he walked at a fast and steady pace, a determined look hidden under his helmet, the citizens waving at him with a large, trusting smile, placing all their trust and peace on the shoulders of a man with no true loyalty. The blue he was wearing on his armor was, an empty lie, a mask to make himself look like a good person when he was nothing more than a liar. The sun was setting down, making his armor shine like gold. He walked for long hours in the forest, alone with nothing but the stars lighting his path alongside his lantern. Of course, planning on killing and stealing a Dragon's stone was easy, but actually finding a dragon and killing it, now that was another story, and it's not everyone who were willing to say the exact location of a dragon, so he had to find one himself, all alone. Days and nights went by with nothing, of course dragons were not common of a sight to see, but eventually he got lucky. Eventually, he found his victim, a beautiful thunder dragon flying in the sky, at the beauty of the magical being living its life with a cloud of storm around it as it went, he sat down and thought for a moment. Was it truly a good idea? Was it worth the risk? Not that he feared killing such a pretty creature, oh no, he had traveled way too far and for way too long to just go back empty handed. He was determined to come home with what he had spent months looking for, and now that he had found it, he smiled. grabbing his bow, aiming. . .
