Y/N's POV

As I arrived at the hospital early in the morning, I had a busy day ahead of me. I needed to fix some files and assist patients who were admitted the previous day. Holding my cup of coffee in my right hand, I made my way to the elevator in the parking lot.

Just as the elevator doors were about to close, a familiar woman quickly slid her hands between the doors to prevent them from shutting. She managed to make it inside, and a group of workers entered as well, filling up the small space. The sudden influx of people caused me and the woman to step back, and we found ourselves cornered in the elevator.

With the woman in front of me, her left hand was positioned above the side of my head, ensuring that she didn't accidentally push me further back. Her other hand rested beside my waist, making it seem like we were in an awkward embrace. I kept my gaze downward, feeling her eyes on me, unsure of how to break the tension in the confined space.

JENNIE's POV

As I stood in the crowded elevator, I couldn't help but feel the awkwardness in the air. The woman standing in front of me appeared shy and uncomfortable, and I didn't want to make her feel even more uneasy. The press of the other passengers around us made it difficult to move freely, but I did my best to avoid adding any additional pressure to her.

Finally, the elevator doors opened, and the workers rushed out to their respective floors. I seized the opportunity and quickly created a sizable gap between myself and the woman. Taking a deep breath, I felt a wave of relief wash over me. It seemed like the weight had been lifted, and I could finally relax a little.

As I glanced at the woman, I noticed the familiar face of my nephew's doctor. It was a surprising coincidence to encounter her in such a random moment. The realization made me pause for a moment, contemplating the interconnectedness of life.

But the elevator reached my floor, and with a calm demeanor, I stepped out as if nothing out of the ordinary had occurred. I didn't want to make the situation any more uncomfortable than it already was.

THIRD PERSON's POV

As Y/N finished organizing the files, she knew there was one last patient she needed to visit before taking her lunch break. Glancing at the file, a smile formed on her face as she saw the name of the patient - Hajoon, the sweet boy who had been admitted just the day before. Hajoon had suffered a traumatic brain injury, resulting in severe seizures triggered by sudden accidents. Despite his condition, Y/N could sense the child's inner strength and infectious joy.

Heading towards Hajoon's room, Y/N noticed his parents engaged in conversation near the front door. She respectfully bowed and greeted them, assuring them that she would check on their son. The parents reciprocated the gesture with warm smiles, expressing their gratitude, and informed Y/N that their son's aunt was currently with him.

Entering the room, Y/N greeted Hajoon with a gentle smile while glancing at his file once more. She carefully examined the heartbeat monitor, ensuring everything was stable. However, as she turned her attention back to Hajoon, she couldn't help but feel a slight startle. It was Jennie once again, standing beside the young patient. Y/N couldn't help but wonder why she kept encountering Jennie in these unexpected moments. However, she quickly dismissed those thoughts, reminding herself of the primary focus - providing the best care for Hajoon.

Y/N shifted her attention back to the patient, engaging him in conversation, and making sure he felt comfortable and cared for. She knew that every interaction mattered, especially for a young child going through such a challenging time. Y/N was determined to bring a sense of calm and positivity into the room, channeling all her energy towards providing the best care possible.
