Background info- You are a half blood. Its your 4th year at Hogwarts. Your a slitherin. You never really talked with Draco though. A hello was exchanged every once in awhile. You both had a big secret the other didn't know though.

"Y/N!" Pansy said. "Whats up?" I said. "Did you hear about Draco?!" She said in a pretty loud voice. "No, was I supposed to?" I said in a confused yet intrigued voice. "He is asking someone from Slytherin to the Yule ball!" She said very excitedly. "Cool." I said asking like I didn't care. "C'mon Y/N, you have to care a bit.." She said in a whiny voice. " I don't though, now if you excuse me I'm going to my dorm." I say walking away. 

While walking to the dorms I ran into the one person I did not want to run into. "Malfoy." I say in a polite manner. "Y/L/N." He says in the same tone. I go to walk to my dorm and I hear my last name called. I turn around to see nothing "Hm?" I say as I walk away suspecting it was one of the ghosts playing a trick on me.  

After I walk into my dorm I sit down to do some studying for the final exams. "Ughhhhhhh, I hate studying ." I say to myself. I get up from my desk and go to my bed and lay down. Just thinking, I end up falling asleep. I wake up to a violent shake. "WAKE UPPPPP Y/N!!!!!!" It was Pansy. "Do you want to die?" I questioned "No, you wouldn't kill me." She said in a cocky tone. "Wanna bet?" I said grabbing my wand and turning towards Pansy. "Okay, go back to sleep.... Sorry." She said it actually sounded genuine. 

(Time Skip😚)

I'm in the common room sitting down. I feel the couch dip next to me, I look over and see Draco Malfoy sitting next to me. "Hi, Malfoy" I say in a normal tone. "Please call me Draco Y/L/N" He says. "Then you call me y/n." I say in a more playful tone. He chuckled. "How has your day been Draco?" I say genuinely wanting to know. "Could be better, could be worse. What about yourself Miss, Y/n" He says in a nice tone. "Not bad, just bored." I say with a sigh. "Let's change the subject then, how about that?" He says in a weird tone. "Ok?" I say. "Would you want to go to the Yule Ball with me?" He says in a nervous tone. I sat their stunned for a moment. I look into his eyes and wonder. 'What does he see in me. I mean he is handsome. Maybe this could go somewhere.' "Sure Draco." I say with a small smile.

TIME SKIPPP😗

Me and Pansy were going dress shopping. I have tried on 3 dresses. "Why don't any of them look good?!" I say frustrated. When I turn and see a beautiful emerald green dress. Off the shoulders, very flowery but not to long. To the end of my  feet. Has a slit in it.  I try it on. "This is the one Pansy." I look at the price tag.  "Maybe not... to expensive." You hear the doorbell ring and turn around to see the blond you didn't want to see while you were in the dress. "Im going to take it off and put it back." You say "What are you doing with that dress Y/N?" Draco says. "Putting it back." I say in a confused tone. "Why though, you look stunning in it. Its also my favorite color." He says in a sad voice. "Its to expensive..." I say in embarrassment. "Oh, let me pay for it!." He says all perked up. "Absolutely not, Draco Malfoy this dress costs $1,200. Absolutely not." I say stern. Just then he looks at Pansy. He swipes type dress from my hands and runs. I go to run after him but I feel a pair of arms wrap around me. I look back to see Pansy. "Let me gooooooo!" I say dragging out the o. "Noooooo" Pansy says mocking me. Before I knew it Draco was back with my dress in hand and payed for. "Here you go." Draco says. "You didn't have to." I say. "Anything for you." He says in a very nice tone. 

"Why don't we head back to school?" Pansy says. "Wise idea Pansy." I say happily. We walk back to school it is pretty cold but I manage. 

TIME SKIPPPP😭 (SORRRYYYYY)

(Back at school)

"Hey Y/N can I talk to you?" Draco said. "Sure whats the matter Draco?" I say in a curious tone. "Can we go somewhere more private?" He says a little more quietly. "Sure, lets go." I say grabbing his hand and walking up to the dorms and shutting the door. "What do you need Draco?" I say in a worried tone. "Um- this might sound a little weird, but I have liked you since 2nd year. I just didn't know how to talk about it. I think what I'm trying to get at is will you be my Girlfriend Y/N Y/L/N?" I am stunned for a second and don't even think before wrapping him in a hug. "Yes of course, Draco Malfoy." We walk downstairs hand in hand as I just think about what happened. 'How the fuck did that just happen bro. Im fucking dead. Im going to throw myself out of a window!' I think to myself.  

6 hours later

"Its late I better get going to bed we have school tomorrow. Don't want to be sleepy." I say groggily and get up reluctantly. "Goodnight Y/N" Pansy says "Goodnight, love." Draco says. I go up in my room and think until I fall asleep. I wake up the next morning and get up. I shower brush my teeth. Then I head to then great hall for breakfast. I sit next to Draco/ "Goodmorning." I say still pretty tired. 'Good morning, love. How did you sleep last night?" He says grabbing my hand. "Meh. Could have been better to be honest." I say leaning my head on his shoulder. After breakfast we head to the gym. (Idk😭 Just go with it...) Students its time to practice the dance for the Yule Ball" We hear Professor McGonagall say. "Please partner up. Chop chop now."  I get up and look for a certain person. He was already walking towards me. "May I have this dance?" He says in a polite way. "Hmm- I don't know. Y'know what why not." He grabs my hand and my waist and I put my hands on his shoulder. We start to dance to the music playing. 

"Your not to shabby at this Draco." I say. "Were you expecting me to be bad?" He says in a mildly offended voice. "Maybe..." I say with a smug smirk. "Oh really." He says offended. "Just to let you know, I dance in my free time." He says with a smile. "Yea, what do you do pole dance." I say laughing so loud a couple people were looking at me. "Actually, yea how did you know." He says sarcastically wile laughing his ass off. I almost fall of the floor from laughing. I would have if he wouldn't have caught me. 

"The dance is in a week! I expect you all to be on your best behavior." Professor McGonagall says. We all walk out excited. I can't wait for the dance. 

Through out the week I was excited for the dance. Me and Draco even danced in the common room sometimes. All in good fun we would make fun of the others. I had been showered in love by Draco. Small acts of love such as kisses on the cheek, forehead, nose. Small gifts and other small things that meant the world to me. 

(Night of the dance💃🕺)

We don't have school today. I'm sitting in my room getting everything ready for the dance. I get into the shower listening to music as I shower. I get out get my clothes on and start my hair. I do a nice fish braid leaving small strands out in the front. Put in my green flower hair pin. I do my make up. A simple eye look with green eyeshadow. A nice red lip. I just have to put my dress on and my heels. I get on my dress and heels and walk out to see a certain blond. He was turned and I tapped his shoulder. He turns and sees me. I see him blush profusely. He is wearing a suit thats the same color of my dress. He puts the corsage on my arm and we walk out arm in arm. 

We get to the dance and do the dance we were taught and then we just dance all night. Its the last slow dance of the night. "Thank you Y/N" He says "For what Draco?" I say confused "Making me happy." He says looking me in the eye. "Thanks for being here with me." He say. I look at him and we both lean in our lips meeting. "Thank you too Draco." I say
