Today, like any other day, you were working at your boring job. Serving customers, making food and coffee, getting yelled at, blah blah blah... You were finishing making some spicy curry. That was until you saw Shizuku come in!
You looked up from the curry.
"Y/n! Y/n!" You heard her say:
"May I have Udon Noodles?" She asks you
"Oh, yeah! I'll get right on it!" You hum before going to serve the spicy curry to one customer, then you start to make Shizuku's Udon Noodles. After it's done, you look back up at her.
"That'll be 1046 yen, Shizuku," you say, and she hands you the money.
"Y/n? Would you mind coming to the sleepover me and my friends are having?" "If you're not busy, of course!" She says it with a warm smile.
You did have plans. You were going to finish watching your Netflix show tonight, but that could wait! After all, Shizuku is your close friend. You smile at her and nod.
"Sure! I'd be happy to." You say to her
"Thank you! If you don't mind, I'll pick you up at 8 p.m. tonight, okay?" She tilts her head.
"That'll work for me." You say this as she waves at you and walks out of the restaurant, hitting her head on the glass door.
"Ow..." she mutters while walking out.
(Timeskip to 7 p.m. tonight!)
You were packing your bag for the sleepover, packing PJs, extra clothes, a tooth brush, a water bottle, your phone, and whatever else you wanted! You heard your doorbell ring; that must be Shizuku!
"Y/n? Are you home? I'm here to pick you up! Sorry, I'm a bit early." You heard her say, Could Shizuku even drive? It was probably Shiho driving.
You came outside, and you didn't even see a car.
"Where's the car?" You ask her.
"What car? We're walking!" She happily says
Oh, well, maybe walking for a bit could help your health? You don't really know. You feel Shizuku take your hand and start walking, humming while she walks. You couldn't help but hum too; she had an amazing voice, and it was soothing to listen to her hum.
"Hey, Shizuku? How's your job as an idol going?" You look at her and ask
"It's going good! My friends have taught me so many things I never thought I'd know. They're my best friends, just like you!" She happily says that she seems really happy right now.
Suddenly, you saw Airi walking to Shizuku's house too! She turned around and saw you and Shizuku.
"Shizuku, Y/n! Are you guys already going to the sleepover too?" She waves before saying this.
"Yeah, we are!" Shizuku was basically shouting, even though Airi wasn't that far away. It was pretty cute, though, since she didn't realize how loud she was being.
"Woah, calm down, Shizuku!" Airi chuckles, and Shizuku nervously laughs.
"Sorry, sorry!" Shizuku says
You laugh to yourself and continue walking with both Airi and Shizuku now! You start daydreaming, or, well, evening dreaming? You don't really think about it too much, but Shizuku's smile warms your heart.
"We're here!" Airi said
"Y/n? You look like you're spacing out. Something on your mind?" Shizuku asks you, snapping you out of your daydream.
"Yeah, sorry! I was just thinking about how fun this will be." You replied
