"Yeah..." Jaein groaned, stretching her arms. She yawned on top of that too. "Yeah, I think I'm pretty hungover."

"You definitely are." Haechan added his comment and she pouted.

"And you're not?"

"It's more like 'your tolerance isn't as good as mine.'" Which definitely earned a slap from the girl. Haechan rubbed his arm where she slapped him. Jaein laughed at how childish he reacted and soon finally got out of bed.

Jaein and Haechan saw at the dining table that there was leftover soondubu soup for them, knowing it was definitely good for hangover soup. Haechan heated up the soup in the small pot while Jaein set the table.

Haechan was watching the soup for a bit since it didn't boil yet. He felt two arms wrapped around his left arm and a head on his shoulder.

"Soup is not done yet?" Jaein asked the older and he gave her a small response.

"Not yet. Go sit down at the table." Haechan indicated with his head that she should sit. He caressed his hand over her's that was hanging below while she was still holding on to time. "You shouldn't be doing much since you're the one not feeling well."

"I'm not feeling that terrible though." Jaein contemplated on her well being since it was hard for her to detect if she really had a really bad hangover.

"You definitely have a hangover. I can tell. Just sit down love."

"Okay loverboy."

Jaein made her way to sit down on the dining table and moments later, Haechan poured the soup for the both of them as their had their hangover soup. Haechan definitely made sure that the girl was drinking enough water throughout the day, having multiple restroom runs so that she can execute all that alcohol in her body.

"This sucks." Jaein crossed her arms while sitting on the couch next to the older. "Why is that my tolerance is so bad?"

"You haven't drank for a long time so it means that your tolerance gets weaker." Haechan turned on the television and let it run. He scooted closer to her and grabbed her hand, rubbing it in circles. Then he brought his hands up to her cheek so that she would face him. "It's also not healthy for you anyways."

"Yeah... but you drink...." Jaein's lips formed into a pout.

"I don't a lot but I strongly have a good tolerance. I also drink wine pretty often too." Haechan told the younger.

"That's not good for you." Jaein leaned into the touch of his hands which he didn't mind. She scooted closer to him and rested her head on his palm eventually.

"I know, but I know how to take care of myself when that happens." Haechan responded to the girl and she suddenly remembered something.

"Why aren't you trying to get alcohol out of your body?" Jaein was wondering why Haechan didn't have as many restroom runs as her. "I've been literaly using the restroom all day because you were forcing me to drink like a cup of water every hour!"

"I've been drinking water too, just not as many runs as you." Haechan responded to her as she came back onto the couch where she was sitting earlier. They were both having a cuddling session while watching Interstellar. "I also do think you shouldn't leave here on a terrible note so it was better for you to drink water every hour than not drink at all."

"You have a point there Lee Haechan."

"I always do. What can you say? I'm beauty and brains."

"Shut up."

Jaein was all pouty by his words but it didn't bother that much. She wanted to get warm but it turned a little bit romantic instead except no kissing and holding hands, just arms around one another.

The front door unlocked after the two had finished watching the moving, realizing evening was approaching. Jeno was unfazed by their position after opening the front door to come home.

"Jaemin's waiting for you by the way." Jeno told Jaein, indicating it's time for her to go home. Jaein quickly grabbed her belongings and said by to the two cousins. She surprisingly gave Haechan a hug and left.

The two cousins were at home alone and Jeno leaned against the wall, smirking at his cousin. "So, what's the progress?"

"I don't wanna talk about it it around the same time of Doyoung and Jena's wedding, maybe soon."

"You two are literally so stubborn it's crazy." Jeno whispered to himself without Haechan hearing.

Then he said something else to Haechan, beaming with his eye smile. "I'm glad to hear that the pieces are coming together again."

Hearing that from his cousin Jeno, Haechan's lips formed into a slight smile indicating that all the happiness he deserved is coming back to him.
