This picks up after episode 9.  Ece is very upset about the lie and moves to London with Elif. She breaks all ties with Onur.

Two months later.....

Onur watched from his car as she dropped Elif to school. He knew her routine like the back of his hand. She had started up her catering business and seemed to have a steady stream of customers. Elif was enrolled in a school close to home, and if his sources were right, the Korals had given her a generous gift for her education. He figured it had been all Civan's doing and he couldn't deny that it irked him endlessly.

Ece had been very clear that they were done. She wanted nothing more to do with him. She never wanted to see him again, she had said, the anger and sorrow in her eyes etched in his brain forever. He hated himself severely enough that he had not tried to contact her. She deserved the life she had chosen...away from him.

He had asked to be transferred to the London branch and the boss allowed it. Even if he could not be in her life, at least he could be in her city.

He followed Ece's car to the doctor's office and he heart sank. This was the second time in the last 2 weeks that she was stopping by here. Was she okay? Did Musti at least check in on her from time to time? Last he heard, Musti was still in Istanbul.

The following day he watched again as Elif waved to her sister and walked towards the school. He sat in his car longer than usual, closing his eyes after taking in his partial view of Ece. Ah, she looked at beautiful as ever, and he missed her so fiercely that his heart hurt.

He was startled by a rap on his window, his mouth opening in shock to see Elif standing there.

He rolled out the window hurriedly, "Elif?"

"Onur Abi," she sighed dramatically, "how long are you going to follow us around and not come see us?"

Onur's shoulders dropped in defeat, "You knew?"

She nodded, "And maybe Abla knows too, but we don't talk about you."

There was a hint of annoyance in her voice, and he completely understood. She had every right to be angry. "I'm sorry," he said contritely, "I'll leave you alone."

Elif stared at him long and hard, she seemed to be weighing her options.

"Don't do that," she said, finally. "We need you...all three of us."

Onur hand went to his chest as it kickstarted in overdrive. Is that what the doctor visits were about? His heart overflowed with a new kind of happiness. "Is she..?"

Elif nodded excitedly, grinning from ear to ear. "Now go! Hadi!! Don't waste any more time!"

---------

He knocked on her door, shifting from one foot to another and wringing his hands from trepidation and excitement.

Ece looked through the peephole and harrumphed, "Finally!" she muttered under her breath.

She grabbed the umbrella from the stand nearby and opened the door.

"What took you so long?" she said angrily, whacking him on his shoulder with the umbrella.

He didn't even protect himself, even though instinctively his hand almost grabbed hers to stop the attack. He deserved all the beatings and and anything else she threw his way.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry", he repeated in a loop,  "Please forgive me Ece"

She dropped the umbrella, her eyes roaming his face, God, she'd missed him. So very much! She'd watched as he'd circled her life these past few weeks, and every time she saw him her anger had dissipated a little until she had nothing left - only her undying love and weakness for him, and the need to have him be part of her life again. But it had taken him so long, she wondered if he was just watching out for her out of duty now, nothing more.
