Groover checked her phone, it was 7:30, they had 15 minutes before the bell was scheduled to ring. Groover crossed her arms over her chest and looked SpongeBob in his eyes Why does he have to be so cute- "So....explain...." She said as sharply as possible, then remembering she had the money gun, Groover pointed it at him.
Just then, the ✨gAnG✨ came in the front door (Groover, these are you're wattpad friends not ur actual friends irl but I can include Janvi in if you want but for now, I won't. In a revised version of this chapter, I probably will if you want)
"Shut up Rachel!" Peyton was saying, blushing furiously, "I DONT LIKE KALE!"
"Umm, yes you do!" Carlotta said, "Literally everyone ships it too! Even google!"
Carlotta held up her phone.
SpongeBob gave groover a questioning look, "who're they?"
Groover sighed, "Those are my insane friends......and by the looks of it, they're up to no good again-"
"Hey groover and Groover's boyfriend!" Peyton shouted from the other side of the hallway, "Get you're a**** over here!" (Sorry y'all! I sweared 😅 but Peyton swears a lot so-)
SpongeBob and groover looked at each other with looks that said "Did she just call us bf and gf"
Groover tugged SpongeBob's arm over to Peyton, Carlotta and Rachel, glaring at them.
"First off, this isn't my boyfriend! Second off, where's Lyvi?"
"Right.......here......." Alyvia said walking through the door "Sorry I'm late-"
"You good?" SpongeBob asked her.
"Who the hell are you?!" Lyvi said getting ready to give SpongeBob in the face if she had to.
"Calm down Lyvi, this is SpongeBob, my childhood-" Groover began.
"SpongeBob?!!! Hahahahahha" Rachel burst out laughing (It's so weird to write about myself in third person)
"Whats so funny about that?" SpongeBob asked, confused.
Rachel looked at him "SquarePants? Like in the TV show?"
"Ohhh, I think you mean my uncle, Squarebob, he was the inspiration for the show." SpongeBob said (I'm just making things up at this point 😭)
"And childhood bestie?" Carlotta smirked.
"What's wrong being her childhood bestie?" SpongeBob asked "And groover, why does one of your friends look like a 60-year-old man?"
Peyton flushed "I'm not a-"
Groover cut her off "I told you my friends were bananas SpongeBob!!!!"
"But their not-"
The be rang. "And now we have to get to class, what are your schedules again, I forgot...."
"Math" Alyvia said gloomily
"Me too" Peyton replied rolling her eyes
"And same here" Carlotta said groaning
They began walking away to room 201
"And I have English, same as you" Rachel said.
"I don't know what class I have, I'll go to the office to get my schedule" SpongeBob went down a random hallway, turned a corner and shouted "Where's the office again?"
"Second door to the right!" Groover called down to him.
As the two were walking to class, Groover noticed Rachel grinning at her.
"What?" She asked.
"You're in love with SpongeBob!"
"Wh- no!!!!! W-what gave you that idea?!" Groover laughed nervously.
"Mhm, sure, I believe you! And when we have History with Ms. Thomashetrain2003 who lets us have chocolate all day and browse YouTube and take a break and talk during class, I'll tell them all!" 😈😈😈😈😈
Groover felt her ears burn "NO then they're gonna ship us and stuff and call it spoover of something!" Realizing that she had just given Rachel a ship name (worst mistake ever-), she began walking faster.
"Groover, you realize we have math, science, history and English with me, right?" Rachel asked.
"Oh right...."
The girls walked into the classroom and took their seats. When the bell wrang, Mr. HellothereImalisencedteacher started his lesson "Class, today, we have a new student, his name is SpongeBob and he will be sitting-"
Rachel raised her hand.
"Yes Rachel?"
"Why don't you put him right next to groover! She's one of the top students, right?"
"Excellent idea! SpongeBob, you may come in and have a seat next to her-" he said pointing to Groover's 3rd row seat.
Oh boy, this is gonna be one looooooonnnnnnngggg year.....
"Class, turn to page 169 of your textbooks."
