Slime's diary

Introductions

Hi! I'm slime and uh, this is my diary, well it is now anyway, it's actually just an old book I found. It's empty so I figured it might be nice to do some journalism, collect my thoughts. Especially now that I can hold items for prolonged periods of time!
Okay so where to start? I'm not sure, really I've never done something like this before, is it weird to write that out? But just writing what comes to mind seems easy, I guess I should start with introducing myself.
So as I already said, I'm Slime, a ghost. Ha! You totally thought I was going to say I was a slime, but thats just the name I picked out for myself but, I am indeed, a ghost. I'm sixteen, or I was when I died… I think? It's been so long I don't really remember. How did I die? No clue, and… I really don't want to remember… some things are better left buried deep, ya know?
Oh! But I live in the coolest place ever! I live in a mansion, I was by myself for a very long time, but now it's like, full of people. Maybe I'll make some entries about them later.
Also, being a ghost is really hard, not recommended. Just trying to stay solid is way more work than it's worth sometimes, but it is getting easier! Especially with the help of my friends, or thanks to Uncle Crime mostly. He helped me so much, honestly I think I might have just disappeared if he had never come along… plus it was pretty lonely before. I'd never seen anyone in the house, besides looters, but they couldn't see me, and traveling long distances was hard so… I rarely left the house. Now that I think of it… I've never actually seen another ghost before either, though I am certain I am one, because I remember dying, just not how or when. And I remember very little from my past, but I do have a few memories… they aren't that grand. I don't think my life from before is worth mentioning…
