Rebecca called a meeting in the observation room with a window (2 way mirror)into your quarantine room, she showed everyone your test results, while she was explaining everything to everyone you were on the side of the glass just sitting and waiting for someone to tell you what was going on and when you could leave, and go home....
...back to the observation room, Chris looks at you and can't help but stare and wonder...so many thoughts running through his mind: "why her? What's so special about her? She just a normal woman why kidnap her?" And many others things he thought of, until everyone heard you scream, you were on the floor in pain your head felt like it would explode, you heard so many noises and voices saying: "hey come on man that's not fair how was I supposed to know you had a thing for her or that she'd say yes to a date." A male voice said. " hey I bought this new dress what do you think?" A female voice said. "Rebecca said with every test we do maybe to we can make an antidote for the woman." You hear the doctor lady's voice.
"Leon is the best! good thing they asked him to help on this mission it was an honor to work with ." Random voices saying...that it all was overloading your brain.
Chris was the first in your room trying to get your attention but your vision was blurred and the voices and noises drowned out everyone's voices then you blacked out......
You woke up to see Leon and Claire standing at the end of your bed talking softly but you could make out a few words knowing it wasn't good.
"What happened?" You asked as you set up in bed, Leon walked to the side of your bed while Claire went out to get Chris and Rebecca. "Well young lady you screamed in pain for 10-15mins then blacked out, all while holding your head." You looked at him hazy and tried to remember...
Chris, Claire and Rebecca come in and Chris is at your side instantly grabbed your hand and looked you in the eyes asking "Are you ok? Do you need anything?" You shook your head no and looked at Rebecca for answers. Rebecca explained that your body has been adjusting and adapting to all the viruses that have been injected into your body over the years and now you're feeling the effects because you're no longer in cryo sleep.
Everyone was shocked except you cause it all made perfect sense after all these years, as to why you had so many injections, tests and why they monitor you so closely was because you didn't get any of the changes and side affects of the viruses like others have for years, but yet there was still something different about you that no one not even you could figure out what it was.
You ask Rebecca if she knew why you had survived all the virus injections when everyone else died at different stages?
As far as you knew you were nothing special and you thought you were helping Doctors find cures for different diseases or something, you didn't know it was for the bio-weapon terrotists you've heard about on the news.
You looked down at your hands to think when you noticed that Chris hadn't let go of your hand yet, you blush for a moment then squeeze his hand then look up to say "thank you Mr Redfield for saving me and the others and thank you Dr Chambers for your help as well." You look to Leon and Claire "I'm sorry I can't remember your names at the moment but thank you both as well."
Chris sees you look at his hand and he quickly pulls away flustered and stands back saying "you're welcome miss, excuse me I have some reports to finish." And with that he walks out leaving you hurt and confused, while the others were puzzled at his rushing out of the room just for reports, no one likes to do reports especially Chris and Leon, so no one knew why he was so eager to do them. And you thought he was angry at something you said or did so you decided to keep your distance from him.
Leon broke the awkward silence by asking "hey can she eat anything yet? I'm sure she's starving." He says with a wink in your direction which made you blush a bit. Rebecca and Claire laughed "Yes Leon she can eat and drink now while we wait on the other test results." Rebecca replied shaking her head. "Good, so bright eyes what would you like to eat?" Leon asks looking at you with a smirk on his face, you think for a minute and ask "what can I have, Dr Chambers?" Rebecca says "anything that's on the menu but we don't have much here so I leave you with Mr Kennedy here to be your waiter." She pats Leon on the shoulder and walks out with Claire.
You look at Leon to see what his reply would be, " tell you what bright eyes, I'll get you something simple and easy on your stomach, how about some soup or salad? And soda or water too." You answer back " to be honest I'm craving fried chicken and some sweet tea if that's possible?" Asking nicely. He chuckles and says "you got it bright eyes, I'll back as soon as possible. If you need anything press that little red button by your bed and someone will come in to help, ok? You nodded at him and he smiles then winks again as he walks away. You think to yourselves *he's odd but at least he's a nice gentleman.*. You lean back in the bed and close your eyes to rest till Leon comes back with food.
