Tommy's POV
"Now is not the time Ollie" I said "Now is the time. It's time to repair, not hurt her further. You had a deal with Alfie. A deal he kept his end of" he said "And Alfie's never broken a deal eh" I said "Mr Shelby-" "I'll bring her, when I have the time" I said, putting the phone down
How can she be gone? How can this all have gone to shit? How can he still fucking be alive?!
I lashed out, trashing the desk Before Lizzie walked in "What the hell are you doing?" She asked "Leave me alone Lizzie" I warned "Or what?" She snapped "Leave me alone" I shouted "No! No you chose to come back inside Tommy, you chose not to reload the fucking gun so what is the matter! Tell me" she said
"Polly is dead Lizzie. She's dead, she's gone. That's it. That's fucking it. Mosely is alive. Barney and Aberama are dead. Alfie is alive and he wants-" "Alfie?" "Yeah, Alfie. And he wants Mariana to go and see him" I said. Everything was getting on top of me Suffocating me Like in the tunnels
She shook her head at me, walking out I followed her, calling after her but she said nothing So I shoved her against the wall Looking at her "She will kill you" she said "I know" "No Tommy, she will kill you" she said
"I know" I said again, letting her go "You may not have defeated your enemies Tommy. But she... fuck" she sighed "She will fucking kill you, for knowing. For not telling her, how long have you known?" She asked "A few weeks" I said honestly
"And you didn't tell me" she said "I only told Polly" I said She nodded "Right. Polly. Well what now Thomas? Who do you console in now?" She asked
I said nothing "Sort yourself out. Do something, anything. Because she will try when she finds out Tommy. She will try and kill you and I don't think you have it in you to stop her. Not when you've already tried killing yourself" she spat, walking off.
Mariana's POV
"Whatever isn't good, just leave. Michael wants to sort it all out" Ada said "Of course" I said, of course he does "He's sorting the funeral. Adriana is picking something for her to wear. So..." she mumbled, looking around "Well I reckon this is a dead set candidate" I said, looking at her portrait on the wall
"Yeah, she loved that" Ada said sadly, resting her head against my shoulder as she came to stand beside me
"Have you seen Michael?" I asked "Yes. He is very angry" "I'm not surprised" I said "He... I think this may be it. The start of the war" she said, moving to sort through her jewellery "The war" I commented "I think he will try to kill Tommy now" she said
