A New Friend

    Alexandri"s POV

    He looked upon the playground  laying on a thick, tall, dark tree. He picked at the grass as he felt the environment around him. He wondered if anyone would talk to him today. As he looked down at his laced boots he saw a pair of sneakers come into his field of vision.
      "Are you the new kid, Alex" asked the kid with sneakers. Alex looked up at the kid with sneakers noting his tan freckled skin, dark blue eyes, and black curly hair. "I'm Andre but you can just call me Jay" all Alex did was stare. He never really talked to anyone, he really didn't know how to. In quiet whisper of a voice Alex answered Jay "OK".
       Jay's eyes widened not expecting the small boy to answer him at all. "Do you want to play with me?" It was Alexs' turn for his eyes to widen. He picked himself off the ground looked Jay in the eye and nodded his head bouncing the coils in his head.
    Andre's POV
  He smiled at the small boy taking his hand into his and guiding him into the playground. Jay had taken an interest into the boy the moment he laid eyes on him. The small boy had dark skin with moles dotting every part of it, big droopy eyes, and hair as white as snow that almost seemed to glow.
    "What do you want to play" Jay asked the other boy. In that same quiet voice Alex answered "Hide n' Seek". The two proceeded to play until recess was over and dismissal started hoping the other would want to play again the next day.
