Levi's swiftly cut the neck of the titans that were advancing towards you, as you lay in a seemingly peaceful sleep, on the grass covered floor.

it was an expedition to save Eren's basement, and you had been sick, but determined to go despite your obvious cold.

say a prayer, but let the good times roll
in case God doesn't show

awhile back he had given up on the prospect of there being a God, but when he saw you collapsed on the floor he couldn't help but send out a prayer, and slowly go through all the good times you two had been through.

And I want these words to make things right

He only hoped that if there was a god, he wouldn't punish you for his mistakes, and actually answer his prayer to keep you safe.

but it's the wrongs that make the words come to life

The only reason Levi was praying was so that he wouldn't have to lose you, to face all of his wrong doings once again

who does he think he is?

letting all these titans come to destroy his so called "favorite creation". Who was this God to dictate who lives and dies.

if that's the worst you got better put your fingers back to the keys

if this God person thought that sending titans to the world would punish people for their wrongs, he was right.

but if he thought that it would stop Levi, he was dead wrong.

A man in love was way more determined than one not, and so Levi vowed to not stop killing titans until, there were none in existence.
