Teddy started talking to Kim. Little by little they both became friends. Now Teddy appears in Kim's room and not in Rosie's. When ever Kim needs to talk to someone she always goes with Teddy. She is only 8 so she couldn't help with most stuff but she is a good listener. One day Kim asked Teddy if what had happened to her. Teddy said that no one could now what happened the day she died. Kim asked if why. Teddy only responded by saying that her grandma would get mad if she said anything. Teddy said that she couldn't tell her anything but it wouldn't be her fault if somehow Kim found out what happened. Teddy handed Kim something. Kim slowly opened her hand and to her surprise it was a key. She looked at it and asked if what was the key for. "It's for you to find out!" Said Teddy while she gave a smile and disappeared. Then Kim remembered, the box. This key was probably the key for the old box. She went to her closet and took out the box and it opened... inside was Mrs. Murphy's diary. She opened the diary to a random page and it read:
"Dear Diary,
I didn't want to do it but I had to, you know I did. I couldn't stand seeing her get burned. I just stood there knowing that I couldn't do anything about it. It was one of the saddest day of my life and now I have to get rid of all evidence that proves that I killed my own granddaughter. That is all for now."

Kim looked at a few pages back :
"Dear Diary,
This morning was a day like any other day I got Teddy ready for school and we left. It was when I was going to take Teddy to school that bad things began to happen. When going into a parking lot I accidentally ran an innocent kid over. Teddy was there she saw the whole incident. I was scared I didn't want to go to jail so instead of stoping I continued and drove of. Teddy was saying over and over; wait the boy is not waking up grandma, I want to go to school. I knew that I had to get away from the accident as soon as possible. That night on the news they reported that the little boy was killed and the police was in search of the person who was responsible for the death. The police talked to every parent and student in that school. I was really nervous. I had to come up with something because Teddy was a smart girl. There was no way she was going to lie to the police. I had no where to send her of to. I had no other choice but to kill her too. I burned her. "

Kim was scared. Mrs. Murphy is a killer. Is she a bad ghost? Is she here to kill all of us? Kim had a lot of questions on her mind. So she read more of the diary:
"Dear Diary,
I am officially crazy!! I killed my own granddaughter. I killed poor Teddy. What kind of person had I become into? I never thought that I will kill someone, especially not my only family member. This is the end of the Murphy family. And the end of me too."

Kim called Teddy. Teddy appeared and Kim had a long talk with her about what she had read. Teddy said that all that was true. She was burned by her grandma. Teddy said that her grandma was stressed about the situation so she did what she did. Now there is no Murphy family. Kim asked about Teddy's parents. She said that her parents died during vacation. It was in a car accident. Kim felt like hugging Teddy but she was a ghost so she couldn't. She still felt bad. Kim turned her closet into Teddy's room. She put thick, soft carpet in the whole closet so that it would be comfy enough to sleep in. In the corner Kim brought some of Teddy's toys and placed them neatly there. Kim's closet was now Teddy's room.
