"The type of girls who don't have integrity."

"Don't have integrity???" Yeoreum laughed this time not being able to hold it in anymore. "What girl do you want me to be?"

"A girl that listens well and stays out of trouble."

The short haired girl bit her inner lip, and grit through her teeth "What does it matter what girl I am to you? —Sir, this kind of thing can get you in trouble you know?"

The teacher stared at Yeoreum for a short while and and then the corner of his lip slightly raised as he reached for her shoulder, laying his hand on it, " I seem to have irritated you. It's just that this kind of thing can become an issue that's all. Remember I'm here for you. —Tell me if you have any issues at home."

Yeoreum smiled back, "Of course." and then leaned forward, batting her eyelashes , " I know you're always here for me sir."

"What do you think Yeoreum was called in for?"

"Isnt it obvious? Its about the note that was left on the bulletin board this morning."

"Ah the one about her leaving-"

"Dont mention it or Dohyun will get you."

"I didnt think Yeoreum was an easy girl like that."

"Wait- didnt she and Jun have a thing??"

"Maybe she got bored of him?"

The classroom of class 2-1 had been in an uproar a notice detailing Yeoreum leaving Dohyun's house at night had been put on the bulletin board for everyone to see. To make matters worse, their teacher had called Yeoreum to speak, making them believe that it was more serious than it was.

Jun who had been witness to all the rumours about his closest friend running wild couldn't help but say something. As the class president he thought it was his duty to at least stop his classmates from spreading unnecessary rumours. The brown haired boy stood up from his chair abruptly and cleared his throat as he headed to the podium up front of the class. He knocked on the podium twice and the classroom quieted down as they all turned to look at him.

"I know you guys must be bored from studying all day and night for our exams but can we not spread unnecessary rumours?"despite wanting to be as unbiased as possible it was clear that there was a slight twinge of pleading and annoyance in his voice.

"But they're not rumours if someone saw it with their own two eyes." a girl spoke up from the back of the class, smirking as she chewed on her gum. Right from her demeanour it was clear as day that she was a delinquent.

"Hey, Go Jaein That's enough. Can we just have a quiet classroom?" Jun retorted, not ready to have to deal with her antics.

"Why? Are you two together or something? If not why do you believe that the "rumours" aren't true? Isn't that being biased?" Jaein popped her gum as she crossed her legs, leaning slightly forward across the table. She wasn't interested in Yeoreum's business at all. In fact she could probably count the amount of times she had spoken to the girl on one hand but this was fun to her. She didn't want to spend her time studying away as she kept telling everyone that she was going to become 'a singer' and that her father was going to 'open an entertainment agency' of some sort for her.

Jun had been tongue tied as he stood at the front of the classroom not knowing what to say. It's not to say that he didn't trust Yeoreum but rather that he didn't trust Dohyun. Jun had knew Yeoreum for over five years and if it was was thing he was sure about her was that she's someone who's dependable yet easily distracted. He could already tell that she was being drawn into the mischievous boy's never-ending trouble. The class stayed quiet as the waited for the class presidents response. Jun had massaged the space between his eyes and exhaled. "What if I am being biased? Is that such a problem?"

Go Jaein smirked and sniffled a laugh, "now this sounds fun."

"You..." a familiar grumbly voice echoed through the room. During this whole commontion, the classroom had failed to realise the ticking time bomb that had been set off since morning.

"Does she hate me now?"

"Will she not speak to me again?"

"You talk to much, I cant hear my own thoughts." The class fell silent with even Jaein being at lost for words. To hear that Kim Dohyun, a classmate that they had barely even speak , talk of thinking was hard to believe. After all, he appeared to be someone who barely thought at all.

After being stunned by what the dark haired boy had just said, Jaein had fallen silent along with the rest of the class. Jun on the other hand had stared at Dohyun who had been looking at the classroom door. As if he were longing for something. Jun felt a prick in his chest as he realised he wasn't able to stop the class from talking about Yeoreum when Dohyun was able to with one sentence. The brown haired boy walked to his chair silently and sat down when the classroom door flung open.

There stood the short haired Yeoreum who huffed a puff of air from her mouth before looking at the bunch of students who stared in awe. Yeoreum however paid no attention to her classmates, including Jun before glaring at Dohyun who was sat at the back.

The pair stared at eachother for a split second when Yeoreum flung her arm forward and pointed at the boy, "You, out now."

Despite the girl being clearly angry at him, Dohyun couldn't help but form a smirk as only one thing was running through his mind.

"She still wants to talk to me."

a long A/N: I know this is a short chapter than usual but I've been so busy. I actually finished the majority of this chapter long ago in august but then I got caught up with other things and just didn't have time to finish it. My wifi has been having issues for a month now so I need to get that sorted out and I also have a bunch of work to do now since it's term time. Anyway, if I didn't get this chapter out now (despite it being a half chapter) I just felt like I wouldn't carry on with the story. I am sorry and do bear with me, I will get things sorted out soon!
