"Good work guys! That was great!" I nod as I finally get off the drums, giving Cindy a fist bump and then MJ a high five. I'm sweaty, but it was worth it. It was a good session. I wave to the others and leave. I check my phone; there's some social media notifications, and 1 message. I thought it was dad asking when I'll be home, but to my surprise, it was from Miles. I opened it, and it read "I really had fun today Gwen, you're so fun to be around. We should do this again 😉" I literally stopped in the middle of the sidewalk as I saw this. A smile rose to my face, as I felt butterflies in my chest. He said it was fun to be around me.... I quickly replied "I had fun too! And next time sounds nice." Ignoring the poor grammar I produced, I stuff the phone in my pocket as I prepare for the way home. Someone taps my shoulder. I look around, as I see MJ. Oh right, we take the same train. "So... Miss Stacy, how do you feel about practice today?" She asks. My mind blanks. A minute ago, I would have answered that, but right now my mind is Miles, Miles, Miles..... "Gwen? What's going on? She asks. "Have you been talking to that MiLeS again?" She said his name so weirdly. I struggle to answer. "I figured" She answered herself " Sure you can make your way home yourself Stacey? You look drunk on... love" "Hey! Am not!" She laughs. She clearly expected that reaction from me. As we both step on the train, we get separated, and although I want to see her, I sigh in relief. I can't answer more questions.....
-Time skip
I was eating dinner on my own, when dad came home. "Hey, have you seen the reports? A mysterious man stopped crime near the arcade today" I nod, food still being in my mouth. "One of your super-friends?" He asks. "Dad, I have no super-friends. I've always worked alone. This guy popped out of nowhere." I look at the news report around him, where they just put him as a man with a question mark, due to lack of footage. Back to dad.... I get where he's coming from ..... Another superhero in town, obviously he'll think I'm involved, it's normal... His entrance could explain the lower crime rate... I'm not sure. Should investigate further potentially....

To clarify, Yes, that is Felicia Hardy (aka Black Cat), except she won't be a villain in this story, and obviously she's the same school and age as the rest of the high school cast. And yes, that is Cindy Moon (aka spider-hero named Silk) but yet again, she won't be a super hero in this story, and is middle school age in this story.

Here's chapter 11! Another slightly longer chapter I guess. Sorry if the quality in this one seems bad. I'm trying to build up to something, but there are some chapters like this where the pace is slower. Tell me if you want me to change anything in the comments though.
