Meeting My Father

It's been 15 years since my father told me he was leaving but that he would be back in 15 years. I was 15 years old now. This is because as soon as my father left my mother and I, my mother went to her brother's palace and there, I came out of her womb.

I have been learning how to fight in battle for the past 15 years from both my mamasris. That means mom's brother. Since I already know how to enter a chakravyu (a type of army formation in the form of a circle.) I have been practicing that everyday, but I refuse to learn how to break the chakravyu and get out of it. I want my father to teach me, after all he is the one who taught me to enter it. Today like every other day, I order the guards to form a chakravyu and I break it, but in the middle of the chakravyu, I find both my mamasris and two of my thausris and their mamasri.

I instantly hate them because they were the ones that declothed my older mother as my mother told me. They were also the ones that turned my 5 fathers into their servants. My fathers should have won the game but their mamasri cheated. The dice that they used was rigged so that it would listen to everything he said because it was made from his father's bones. I know. Weird right? So I went directly to them and touched their feet.

I then went to both my mamasris and touched their feet. My mamasri Krishna unexpectedly pulled me up with my ear playfully and scolded me for scaring our guests. "Only enemies get scared of the greatness of others mamasri. Allies get impressed." I replied as he scolded me. "That's right son." My other mamasri Balram said to me.

"We were not scared of you son!" My thausri Dhusyasan told me. "But even we can break into a chakravyu. We will be impressed if you break out of it." "My father will teach me how to break out of the chakravyu thausri! I learnt how to break in from my father as well when I was still in my mother's womb!" I told him slightly bragging.

All 3 of our guests got surprised at this. When I saw there faces, I turned around to my mamasris and asked for permission to leave. When I got the permission, I bowed down to all 5 of them and left to go and practice shooting arrows at targets in the open field.

While I was practicing my shooting, my father came into the field on his horse! As soon as he got off his horse, I paid my respect to him by shooting an arrow at his feet. He picked up the arrow, broke it in half and threw it at my friend's face and mine. While my friend moved aside, I caught the arrow just as it was about to puncture my eye. I knew my father was putting us through a test to figure out who his son was. I knew who he was because I had seen his portrait in my mother's room.
