Hey, my name is Amori Haggerty and I am a freshman in college attending Lamar University this 2023 fall, majoring in English. Growing up I had a strong dislike for poems because I never understood one forcing someone to understand a random person's POV. But as I got older and was able to comprehend them more, I fell in love. I find peace in staying caught up in music and my thoughts about them which pushed me to create this. While debating if I should state this personal project public, the thought of these helping me prepare for school and my future became another push. I am far from perfect and perfection is not my end goal so please keep negative comments to yourself! With that being said I AM open to constructive criticism with the right intentions behind it. I hope these become something you all can send to someone and relate to or just vibe to.
