If one was asked to describe Ahn Suho, many would have positive things to say at best while some would have neutral thoughts at worst.

"He's always asleep, that guy. I'm surprised he's not in much trouble with the teachers with that habit of his."

"He breathes in part-time jobs. I always see him on his motorcycle around town doing deliveries."

"Oh, the strong guy in class 1? Some kids back in middle school bothered him but he was a former MMA fighter so he destroyed them instead. They never bothered with him then."

Of course, there were also quite a few guys who were more than happy to curse out Ahn Suho's existence for things out of his control.

Like other girls admiring his handsome face, his athletic abilities, his diligence at work, and other things they could praise about.

It caused such bitterness within them every time their girlfriends' eyes strayed away and how they couldn't help but pay attention to Ahn Suho's charm and charismatic personality. Some of said girlfriends even went as far as to shoot their shots despite their status as taken.

However, even with all of this noise about Ahn Suho, the man in question couldn't find it in himself to care about them.

If asked for his own opinion of what he, himself was like, his only answers would be; a good grandson who takes care of his grandma, a high schooler with a great body that's useful for part-time jobs, and someone who can take care of himself.

He didn't care much about school but he did care about a perfect attendance record.

He didn't care much about college but he knew his grandma did, so he strived to graduate high school and attend one.

He had many people who viewed him in an amicable light, but he didn't have a friend and that was alright. He didn't think he'd get along really well with anyone from his class anyway or from his neighbouring classes either.

So all in all, his life could be summarised in three; a mundane school life, tedious but rewarding job hours, and fulfilling times spent with his grandmother.

For Ahn Suho, if he continued spending his life with that routine, he was already content with that.

As long as he could bring food on the table for him and his grandma, that was a good life for him. Of course, he'd like it if his grandma could spend her remaining life in riches and comfort, but Ahn Suho was never one for delusions and daydreaming. The reality was, he could only afford enough but despite that, he was still happy and his grandma always had a smile on her face, so that was enough.

Then Yeon Sieun crashed into his life and suddenly, his world changed.

There was a saying, 'you never know someone's worth until you've lost them', but how could he miss someone he never even had in the first place?

It was like rainbows forming for the first time after decades of continuous grey rains. It was like soothing melodies after decades of static noises. It was like a shot of adrenaline after decades of only trudging along.

Yeon Sieun made his presence known so suddenly, so fiercely, so electrifying and Ahn Suho couldn't help but fall.

Yeon Sieun was a creature of routine.

During weekdays, he'd sleep, dream, wake up, pay no heed to his dreams, eat breakfast, get ready for school, study, eat lunch, study, go to cram school, study, go home, study, do homework, eat dinner, get ready for bed, and then repeat.

On Saturdays, he'd sleep, dream, wake up, pay no heed to his dreams, eat breakfast, spend his entire morning studying in his room, eat lunch, spend his afternoon studying in his room, get ready for cram school, study, go home, study again until dinner, then get ready for bed.
