(Based on the tags this was supposed to be a Terraria x One Punch Man crossover.)

(The only description I have is 'A')

(This is sorta between a Story and a Concept since there is more than what a mere concept would have but the chapter was never finished.)

Various conversations could be heard as a town of massive proportions within the deep caverns of the underground existed. Of the many residents one was the sole founder and protector as the various forces assaulted the haven grew stronger and stronger. A strange plant person sat as he made himself comfortable.

As he relaxed he began to think about how he'd finally erased the various pockets of corruption, crimson, and hallow that had plagued the caverns for years after the manifestations of them were defeated. He had also managed to hunt down those cultists that kept on summoning the pillars and erased them as well, or at least he thinks so since they've stopped showing up at the dungeon.

For the first time in the many years of battling for his life against ever increasing odds, there is nothing to fight. There's no being within the caverns that could even scratch him since the Stardust Guardian just pummels them out of existence, if the various floating blades didn't turn them into mincemeat first. Boredom had finally made itself known to him as he changed his focus towards upgrading the little village of shacks into something that wouldn't fall apart. He had of course stolen bricks from the temple the Lihzahrd's were obsessed with while mentally apologizing to Kogi-ghi. If he could make the bricks by himself he would've but he doesn't, and the bricks are the hardest things that he'd ever encountered.

Of course after building a proper town he'd ran out of things to do besides visit the jungle while avoiding the temple that he'd stolen from, but even that got boring as he watched as the various creatures that had once assaulted him on sight and even killed him a few times back off and pretend he doesn't exist. Even the manifestation of the jungle, Plantera stopped showing up when he broke her bulbs, but he supposed that she went back to sleep as the threat of the moon lord has been removed, and the evils have been cleansed.

As he was thinking he remembered something the traveling merchant had once said long ago. He could only remember that he was talking about the 'Surface' but didn't pay attention since he was busy fighting for the sake of the little town he had managed to build up. Now that stability had been set up and there was nothing to really do, he decided that he was going to do the one thing he was always putting off, going to this 'Surface' and seeing what could be done there to alleviate his crushing sense of boredom.

As he navigated the town towards the exit he stopped by Andrew, the guide's room. "Hey Andrew I'm going to be out for a while, can you take over for me?" He quickly said before rushing out the exit before Andrew could speak a word in response. "Rude." Andrew said to no one in particular as he prepares for another day of just quietly watching the entrance.

After a few minutes of navigating the caverns he hits a dead end and starts setting up a barricade and places a teleporter in advance so he can later connect the caverns to the 'Surface'. His logic behind the barricade was that if the caverns were a hellhole before he came along, then the 'Surface' could be unimaginably worse.
