BACK AS ONE [ABHIRA BACK AND ONESHOTS]

ABHIMANYU AND AKSHARA'S 7th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Akshara and Abhimanyu were sleeping peacefully in bed when suddenly the lights went out and the fan stopped. Abhimanyu's sleep broke and he got up and tried to turn on the lamp.

"This light had to go now?" He groaned and saw Akshara still sleeping but couldn't find Abhira on the bed. He removed his side of the blanket and saw that two pillows were sleeping in Abhira's place.

"Abhira." Abhimanyu called but no one responded. After calling two more times Akshara got up and wondered why Abhimanyu was calling thier daughter.

"What's wrong Abhi?" She asked.

"Abhira is not here." He said.

"She must have gone to the washroom."

"Akshu, we have to open the door for her."

"True." Akshara went to the light switch but Abhimanyu told her that there was a power cut. They got out of bed and kept on calling out to Abhira but got no response in return. Out of the room was complete darkness and they were walking in that darkness and stopped when the reached the staircase.

Suddenly the lights came out and there was confetti flying everywhere and infront was a collage of their wedding photos with HAPPY 7TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY writing in bold and both the families were dressed and clapping for them and amongst them was Abhira wearing a denim blue top and black pants and Roohi wearing a denim blue dress. This was a long planned supprise for their anniversary.

"So this was a plan?" Abhimanyu asked.

"And what. We wanted to supprise you'll." Neil said.

Manjari and Swarna climbed up the stairs and handed them a bag which had clothes in them and asked them to change into them. Meanwhile the others prepared for a lovely celebration with a huge chocolate cake. Abhimanyu came first wearing a stunning suit.

Then came Akshara with a beautiful lovely dress.

Everyone stared at them as they walked down the stairs holding hands and Abhira couldn't help but run and give them a hug. Abhimanyu carried her down the remaining stairs and everyone clapped for them. Abhira came down,

"You'll are real prince and princess." She said.

"Thank you my baby." Akshara gave her a kiss on the forehead. Abhimanyu also gave her a kiss on the forehead. Abhira and Roohi gave them cards which they made themselves after bowing down to them. The girls had decided to treat them like real prince and princess for the day. They dragged them to a double seat used for weddings which they had decorated with pink and blue flowers. Abhira went and sat between them for a picture and for the next, Roohi also joined followed by both families.

After the cake cutting there was music played and Abhimanyu took Akshara for their first dance after reunion. Everyone cheered for them as they danced and very soon Manish, Swarna, Manjari, Abhimanyu's father and all other people who had partners joined. Including Kairav had his wife. Vivaan (Abhir) also arrived with his parents for the party. Vivaan and Roohi went on the floor for the sake of dancing while Abhira made videos of the dance.

"Now time for father-daughter dance." Mimi said. Respective fathers took their daughters for a dance. Abhimanyu and Abhira, Akshara and Manish, Neil and Roohi. The others stood around them and clapped on the beats of the music.

After a lot of dancing the three children were fast sleep while the adults were drinking water and joking about each other's dance moves.

The next morning, everyone went for a picnic in the park. Manish and Abhimanyu's father were playing cricket while Manjari and Swarna were helping Mimi sit comfortably on a chair. The children were running about and chasing eachother all over the place and the adults warned them not to go far. Abhimanyu and Neil were playing badminton but non of them was capable of beating Akshara who was playing alone while the brothers were together.

"What happened, are you'll tired?" She asked.

"How do you manage to shoot it back so fast?" Abhimanyu asked.

"Women can do anything." She replied.

"I want classes from you."

"Bhabhi count me in too." Neil said.

"Ok."

The children were playing hide and seek and it was Vivaan's turn to find Abhira and Roohi. Roohi was hiding behind the trees while Abhira was between bushes. Vivaan caught Roohi because she came out of hiding when she saw a lizard on the tree bark. They both were now looking for the master of hide and seek but even after ten minutes there was no victory. Abhira had a special trick which always made her the last person to get caught. Most of the times she came out after the seekers had given up.

"Have you'll seen Abhira?" Vivaan asked his parents who were talking to Mimi.

"No but she was playing with you'll right?" His mother asked.

"Mama, she's the master of hide and seek."

"Check behind the waterfall." Mimi suggested.

"Mimi, we went there three times already." Roohi replied.

"MAMA! PAPA!" Abhira's scream came from far.

Everyone left whatever they were doing and went to search for her but even after searching a long time they didn't find her until she came out and had cuts on her arms. Akshara and Abhimanyu bent down and applied bandages on her cuts while the others were relieved that it wasn't anything serious.

"Mama papa why do pink rose bushes hate me?" Abhira asked.

"What do you mean?" Abhimanyu asked.

"When I fell off my cycle on a pink rose bush I got cuts and when I was hiding behind a Jasmine plant I again got cuts from a pink rose bush behind me." She said in a sad voice.

"It's ok, these are small cuts which will get healed in no time." Akshara said and Abhira's mood became alot better.

The whole afternoon and evening was the most enjoyable time for the families and then they went for a movie and at home another party. This was the best wedding anniversary which Abhimanyu and Akshara had and this one will never be forgotten.
