It's not really all that unusual that Nevada tan who was already a fan of horror would also be into somthing like this as well parents could blame whatever scapegoat they wanted but that ultimately would help preventing anything like this from happening again in fact this incident wasn't even the first time this happened in the area according to the newyork times just a year earlier in a nearby town a 12 year old boy was accused of kidnapping molesting and then mindering a toddler and in 2001 Japan lowered its ageer criminal responsibility from 16 to 14 the case of Nevada than now know as the sabebo slashing reignited the national dialogue leading by many questions if the legal age of criminal responsibilities has to lower yet again but that ultimately never happened as I mentioned earlier the little girl who killed Hoer classmate was legally dubbed at girl A this due the Japanse law and the fact that the killer was a minor her identity was never supposed to be revealed

Had to the university if any but nonetheless it became part of her user generated online persona and while her real Name had been leaked online she would be dubbed Nevada tan by users all over the world
Nevada obviously due to her hoodie and tan a baby talk version of the Chan honorific
Soon enough Nevada tan became a full blown early meme and compline with fan art cosplay and many finding somthing humorous about the idea such a small girl was capable of doing somthing so grizzly and in case you had any doubts about how widespread at the time the university of Nevada had to stop selling the hoodie Nevada tan was wearing after they became there best selling Itami obviously for wrong reasons Nevada tan was dubbed the quote the cutest killer in Japan
