Luka-Bella's POV
As i ran down Dead-End Street with one of my friends, Ava Anderson - the most barbie girl i know - as we approached Dead Wood Forest, Ava started backing away, I turned around and asked,
"Are you scared? Because I'm not!", I said the last part confidently,
"No no!", Ava said obviously scared,
"Yes you are!"
"No I'm Not!"
We said bickering,
"Since your so confident why don't you go in the forest for the whole night, I double dog dare you!", Ava said daring me,
"Well since you double dog dared me, I have to.", I accepted - so naive of me back then-.
So I went in, not know, what was in there and that it would bring my demise .
I was brave, but by what felt like hours, I felt a rush of pain in my right shoulder and looked to see blood so I started running to the entrance of Dead Wood Forest, then fell as I felt pain in my lower right leg and collapsed at the entrance of Dead Wood, just as i see Ava running at me, I black out.
When I woke up in the hospital, coughing and throwing up blood.
