IBIS PAINT BRUSHES


STEP ONE : download the following QR codes from my pinterest and upload them into ibis paint ( a tutorial on how to upload brushes into ibis paint can be found in the titular chapter ).

STEP TWO : select the pointer button at the top and edit the stabiliser/fade settings to reflect those below.

STEP THREE : add a new layer with the blend mode set to normal.

STEP FOUR : select TEDDIE HAIR BASE, eye-drop the darkest colour of the faceclaims hair and then go over different sections ( adjusting the colour where you see fit in order to match the hair shadows ). this is also the stage where, if you want to make the hair longer or emulate a different style, you'd create the solid colour base for it ( however, this is usually reserved for manips/manip covers ).

STEP FIVE : add a new layer with the blend mode set to normal, and then change the brush type to PURPLETAETAELY HAIR 3. eye-drop a lighter colour or create one yourself ( as we're now doing the midtones/shaft of the hair ). go over the different sections and add the colour where you see fit.

STEP SIX : add a new layer with the blend mode set to add. use PURPLETAETAELY HAIR 3 and LEA HAIR HIGHLIGHT 1 interchangeably to add highlights to the hair as well as wisps in order to make it look more natural.
