~Chapter 20~

Prince Miya Osamu had his eyes widened when the girl that dressed as a princess with a beautiful voice came to his sight. The prince was wondering whether the girl was indeed a princess. If so, he can identify that this is love at first sight.

"May I ask, are you a princess?" Prince Miya Osamu asked the girl.

The girl smiled before bowing like a princess with her dress lifted a little. "Indeed, I am a princess. It's a pleasure to meet you here, Prince Miya."

"It's a pleasure to meet you here too. Where are you from and may I know your name?" The prince continued to question her. He desired to know more about the princess.

"I'm Princess Maru Kuzanaru, from The Kingdom of Maru." The princess replied. Ever since the prince arrived, her eyes never took off from him. It was like love at first sight. And what she didn't know was that Prince Miya Osamu felt the same way about love at first sight. 

The prince smiled again. "Well Princess Maru, would you like to be my guide around here?" He offered his hand out.

The princess's eyes brightened. "Just like I mentioned earlier, of course! I would love to." She happily agreed before taking the prince's hand.

Both the prince and the princess went around touring and trying out new things that they never discovered before. They are having a great time together, including getting to know each other more. Both of them were sitting on the flat grass, watching the natural scenery in front of them. The environment was peaceful. No one bothers them except for the prince's knight.

Prince Miya Osamu learned that Princess Maru Kuzanaru has strict parents so it's rare for her to go outside the castle. Even the guards had secured the area of the castle really tight. The reason why she was out here a lot was because she sneaked out during the guards break time.  

Princess Maru Kuzanaru learned that Prince Miya Osamu is having trouble finding a bride to marry. His parents wished Prince Miya Osamu to be a successful parent and become the new King of their kingdom. However, no matter how many other kingdoms even from different countries, not a single princess had caught his interest.

"Until I met you." The prince carried on. "Princess Maru, I'm aware that we just met not for long. But... you had caught my interest." The princess remained quiet but deep inside, she felt relieved that the prince had the same feeling as hers. "Princess Maru, I would like to ask you another question."

"What's the question, Prince Miya?"

The prince takes a deep breath, softly grasping Princess Maru's hand. "Would you like to marry me?"

Princess Maru Kuzanaru's heart blooms into happiness, but only for a second as she frowns. "I wish I would but, what about my parents?"

"I will convince them."

"No, it's not that." She denied again, leaving Prince Miya Osamu in utter confusion. "My parents wouldn't allow me to marry a random man. They had already planned my wedding before yours..."

Prince Miya Osamu was heartbroken. "When was the wedding?"

"Tomorrow morning..."

"No way..." The prince badly wants to marry her, however, the chance is partially ruined. Just then, an idea popped up in Prince Miya Osamu's mind. "Princess Maru , how about we ran away together tonight?"

"Eh? Is that necessary? What if your parents found out?" The princess was worried, not sure about the solution.

"Let's just ignore our family. We can have our own family together." Prince Miya Osamu held both of her hands in confidence. "I promised, we'll make it."
