He stays silent and the woman grabs his hand with a smirk thinking he had caved

"I have to do this for her"

"Detective Kincaid?" Dewey questions knocking on the door frame
"Yeah"

"There's some people here who want to help" he states as Randy walks up behind them placing a hand on the 17 year olds shoulder

"Oh, my God" Gale smiles
"Is the man fast or what?" She asks the detective
Randy and Scarlett look down as they smile

"Hi"

"Hi, Gale" Scarlett greets and the woman hugs the two girls causing Randy to place a hand over his heart and the woman to roll her eyes bringing him in for one as well

"I'm glad you're all right" Sidney states
"Thank you" the woman mumbles

"Uh, guys, this is Detective Kincaid"

"Nice to finally meet you all" he smiles shaking Sids and Randy's hands turning to the girl who smiles awkwardly
"The killer called them" Dewey states

"What? When?"

"What did he say?" Gale asks
"Oh, you know, the usual small talk. What's new? How you been? How do you wanna die?" Sidney states

"Mine just asked where Sid was" Scarlett shrugs not mentioning the fact it was her brothers voice
"So you have any idea how he could've gotten your number?" He asks and Sidney shakes her head with a shrug

"He could have monitored her calls on a scanner. Did you call them from the set?"

"No" Dewey smiles

"Do you have her number stored in your memory?" Scarlett asks at the man looks up mumbling some numbers
"Phone memory!" Gale says

"Oh. Yeah, guess I do" he scoffs a bit embarrassed

"Has anyone else ever used your phone?" Randy asks
"Just Jennifer....and you" he says looking at the officer

"Hey, I'm the cop here. You're in my office, Riley" he states as Sidney walks around the room noticing a few pictures of her mother

"The killer leaves a photograph after each murder, Sidney" the detective explains
"They were taken in Hollywood at the same studio that they're shooting Stab 3" Gale adds

"Why didn't you tell me? This is my mother, Dewey. Why didn't you say something?" Sid asks
"I was afraid they were bait. Something to, you know, trick you out of hiding" Dewey says softly

"They probably were" Scarlett and Randy state simultaneously turning to glare at each other after

"Sidney, was she an actress or a model? Because they look a lot like publicity stills" Gale asks rolling her eyes at the duo

"I, uh, don't know. Detective, I wanna see this place in the pictures" Sidney states
"Are you sure?" The man asks

"Absolutely"

Dewey drives them to the studio. Gale, Sidney and Dewey walk in front while Randy and Scarlett walk slightly behind them
The man-baby reaches over flicking her ear, she smacks his arm away glaring at him as he snickers quietly

"Randy!" A voice shouts coming out of the trailer that makes the boy scream like a girl
"Sorry" she apologizes

"Martha" Randy smiles

"Hey, hold it right there! Hey"

"Don't shoot! I'm only 17" Martha exclaims
"It's okay. We know her" Dewey states

"We do?" Gale questions
Randy hugs the girl along with Scarlett and Dewey

Scarlett liked Martha. She was the girls only friend before she moved away with Randy. Everyone else stayed away because of her brothers and mother's reputation

"We miss you In Woodsburro, guys" she states as they pull away
"Martha, what are you doing here?" Randy questions
She holds up the tape he had sent her causing the boy to cringe

"Told ya I'd make a movie someday. Huh?" The boy on the screen chuckles
"Oh, my God" Scarlett laughs and Randy groans digging the heel of his palms into his eyes
"Well, it you're watching this tape it means, as I feared, I did not survive these killings"

"I was a bit dramatic" Randy mutters

"It's like he's still here" Scarlett sniffles from where she sits beside the man

"Here at Windsor College, and that giving up my virginity to Karen Kolchatat at the video store was probably not a good idea" the recoding continues

"Karen Kolchak?" Dewey and Scarlett asks in a judging way

"Yes, Karen Kolchak" the recording and the real Randy states

"Creepy Karen?" Scarlett asks
"Shut up! She's a sweet person, okay? We were workin' late. We were puttin' away some videos in the porno section and, you know, shit happens" the recording says before someone bangs on the door

"Open the door, randy!"
"Fifteen minutes"
"It's my room too!"
"Paul, 15 minutes! I'm leaving my legacy"

"I'm leaving my legacy" Scarlett and Martha mock, teasing the boy who covers their mouths
"Fifteen minute, Paul! Damn! Anyway..the reason I'm here is to help you so that my death will not be in vain" the recording states

"I didn't even die!" The man exclaims

"Sometimes I can still hear his voice" Scarlett says
"That's my life's work will help save some other poor soul from getting mutilated. If this killer does come back and he's for real there are a few things that you gotta remember. Is this simply another sequel? Well, if it is, same rules apply. But here's the critical thing. If you find yourself dealing with an unexpected back-story and a preponderance of exposition, then the sequel rules do not apply. Because you're not dealing with a sequel. You are dealing with the concluding chapter....of a trilogy" Randy says voicing over his own video

"Trilogy" Dewey mutters and the two glance over to see Dewey taking notes that makes Randy smirk with pride

"That's right. It's a rarity in the horror field but it does exist, and it is a force to be reckoned with. Because true trilogies are all about going back to the beginning and discovering something that wasn't true from the get-go. Godfather, Jedi, all revealed something that we that was true that wasn't true. So if it is a trilogy you are are dealing with here are some super trilogy rules"

Randy starts saying them off along with his recording

"One: you've got a killer who's gonna be superhuman. Stabbing him won't work. Shooting him won't work. Basically, I'm the third one, you gotta cryogenically freeze his head, decapitate him, or blow him up.
Number two: anyone, including the main character, can die. That means you, Sid. I'm sorry. It's the final chapter. It could be fuckin' Reservoir Dogs by the time this thing is through
Number three: the past will come back to bite you in the ass. Whatever you think you know about the past, forget it. The past is not at rest! Any sins you think were committed in the past are about to break out and destroy you"

"So in closing, let me say....goodluck, Godspeed...and for some of you, I'll see you soon" Randy let's out a groan after that part in embarrassment
" 'Cause the rules say some of you ain't gonna make it. I didn't. Not if you're watching this tape" the screen turns to static and Scarlett and Mandy glance at each other

"Don't worry, guys. Im not dead" Randy reassures as everyone glances over at him
