Blossom boy

First day

"Tanner."

I could hear my mom yelling for me to come down for my bus to school.

"Coming"I yell back as I grab my bag and run down stairs.

" Your bus is gonna be here any minute. You don't want to be late to school on your first day so hurry up." She waved her hand motioning me to get out.

"Okay. Okay. I'm going"

"See you later." She yells back as I reach the end of the driveway.

Within three minutes of me standing at the end of the driveway, my new bus stopped in front of me with a loud screech. The large bus was full of noise as I got on I walked towards the back and sat across a boy with short, black hair. The bus stopped at two other houses before heading  towards the school. As the bus pulled into the parking lot of a school that had a huge sign saying "Canfield High School" out front, everyone stood up. We all got off as the bus driver opened the door. I'm the last one off as I follow the rest of the kids out of the door of the bus.

As everyone walks into the school, I look to my right and see a door that says "Principle Rubin" on it. I trailed off to the side of the highschoolers still walking. I open the door to the office. Once I walk in a woman with brown and grey hair.

"Hello. You must be Tanner."

"Yes ma'ma. I am." I say with a small smile.

"Hello Tanner. I'm Mrs.Jackie"

"Hello"

"There will be a young man that's in your homeroom to show you around. If you'd like you can sit her to wait." She pointed to a desk next to her desk.

"Thank you." I say as I sit down putting my bag on the floor next to me.

A few minutes later the black haired boy from erlier walked in.

"Kylan. This is Tanner." Mrs.Jackie said as I stood up with my hands folded in front of me.

"Hey Tanner. I'm Kylan" He held out his hand for me to shake.

"H-hi" I say taking the hand shake.

As we walk side by side to our class, I notice he's really tall and, if I'm being honest, he's really handsome.

"This will be our first class. AKA History. Mr.Jay, our teacher, is pretty cool. Well I guess most of the teachers we have are." He smiles as we walk into the classroom.

"Kylan. Who's your friend?"

"Mr.Jay this is Tanner. "

"Ah yes of course Tanner. Welcome. How abought we just sit you over by Kylan"

Kylan smiles and waves me over to the table that him and two girls are sitting at. The tables were aranged to be in a circle.

"Hi Tanner. I'm Jannet"

Jannet is the very pretty with blond hair and blue eyes that sits across from me.

"I'm Baylie." Bayley is also verry pretty but she has brown hair and brown eyes. She sits across fom Kylan

"Hello" I say back with a smile. Baylee looks at me with a look of... intrest.

"So Tanner, you new to Ohio?" she askes me with a smile

"Um. Yeah I am actually."

"Where are you originally from?" Kylan askes resting his chin on his hand looking at me with a smile.

"Florida."

"Were you born there?"

"Yes. Ive lived there my whole life. Exept for a year."

"Where werw you that year."

"Texas!"

"Thats cool."

The rest of that class went by pretty quickly and it was lanch befor I even knew it.

"You can sit wuth me if you want!" Kylan said Leaning over my shoulder from behind me.

"Um, y-yeah sure."

He straitend up with a smile and started walking towards one of the tables in the back of the cafiteria.

"Sit next to me." he said sitring down next to an empty seat.

"O-okay." I said as I sat next to him.

"So how's you first day going so far?"

"Well, I'm still aluve so... good."

He lets out a friendly laugh."That's good."

He started talking to a few other people at the table and i decided to juat stay quiet and slowly eat my food but I really wasn't that hungry.

"What about you Tanner?" Kylan asked snapping my out of my thoughts.

"What?" I say confused.

Kylan let out a small laugh"You wanna go to Jasons party on friday?"

"Oh um I-I dont know,"

"Come on. It'll be fun. Plus I'll be there so we can just go together."

I stay silent for a second before saying "Sure. I'll go."

"YES!" Kylan exclaimed with a smile "Trust me It'll be fun. How about I puck you up up on friday at sevin?"

"Yeah sure." I smile a little

"Great."

The rest of the week went by fast and befor I knew it, it was already friday.
