64. I'm The Problem, It's Me

He entered his cabin and sat down on his chair with his palms over his face. Suddenly something occurred to him.

Ram: Kya...Pri...Priya...ne job accept Kiya isliye...kyunki...woh mere...mere saath...rehna...nahi...

He couldn't complete the sentence. All the color drained out of his face in a moment. He lost the tiny bit of hope that he gathered in the morning. As he felt his blood pressure rising and his heartbeat fastening, quickly he popped his anxiety pill. He started to take some deep breaths.

Meanwhile, Adi, Kunal and Vikrant entered his cabin. All of them were tense because Adi informed them about Ram's situation yesterday.

Ram looked at them, took some deep breaths and lowered his head.

Kunal: Ram tu thik hai na?

Ram didn't answer.

Adi: Priya thik hai?

This time Ram shook his head and looked at them with tearful eyes. He felt a lump in his throat.

Ram(in a broken manner) : Priya...thik nahi hai. Maine usse...bataya...jo bolna tha...(tears starting to pull down his eyes) Woh bohot...gussa hai mujhse...aur baat nahi...kar rahi.

Adi stood beside Ram and caressed his head.

Adi: Ram tu rona bandh kar pehle. Sab thik ho jayega.

Kunal and Vikrant were pretty shocked to see Ram like that.

Vikrant(whispering to Kunal): Kayi Ram ne Priya pe cheat toh....

Kunal(whispering to Vikrant): Ofc not! Tu chup kar!

Kunal: Ram dekh...Jo bhi hua hai sort ho jayega tu itna stress mat le. Teri tabiyat kharab ho gayi toh tujhe pata hai Priya ki kya haalat hoti hai. Bhai baat sunle meri...

Ram calmed down a little after some time and they all sat on the sofa together.

Ram: Priya ne Sethia ka offer accept kar liya.

Adi, Kunal, and Vikrant looked at each other happily.

Kunal: Oh My God! That's some good news.

Vikrant: Bhai yeh toh bohot achhi khabar hai! She'll get to have her life back.

Ram gave them a small smile.

Adi(frowning): Tu khush kyun nahi hai Ram?

Adi: Ram Priya gussa hai abhi. Usse thoda time de.

Ram: Par Priya ne ab tak haan nahi bola tha aaj hi kyun? Jab hamare beech problems hui? Phir kya woh rehna nahi chahti mere saath?

Kunal: Ram..Ram..Ram...Bhai apni yeh Rajdhani ko rok. Aisa kuch nahi hoga.

Adi started to get irritated with Ram after witnessing how Priya handled Ram with care last night.

(Turning to Ram again) Itni badi khabar hai Priya ke liye aur tu yeh soche jaa raha hai ke woh tujhe chorh ke chali jayegi isliye usne offer accept kiya? Har baat par extreme sochta hai! Ram: Adi tu galat soch raha hai...I...
