As the city lights lit up the sky I felt as if I was flying. I am staying in a hotel for now until I can get a dorm at my new school.
The next day
"Ugh… What time is it? " I say as I reach over to my charging phone, narrowing my eyes to adjust to my bright screen I look at the time "7:50!?!? " I exclaim as I am extremely late.
I searched my bags for an outfit and I decided to go with a pink plaid pleated skirt with a white sleeveless crop top and a baby pink cardigan and paired it with a pair of white thigh highs and white fishnet stockings
At school
"Sorry I'm late, I forgot to set my alarm," I say frantically "Didn't ask don't care" was what the Secretary replied, I was taken aback by her attitude but ignored it "Here," the Secretary whose name is Amy by the way says as she hands me my timetable and dorm number, I take the piece of paper and make my way to the west wing. Luckily I was provided with a map.
I got through the day without any inconveniences and made a friend, her name is Aeja, she is fair skinned with ocean blue eyes, hair as long as that of Rapunzel but she was a Burnett, she has an earring with a red sun tattoo on her right arm when I asked her what it means she said "it's a reference to demon slayer" I told her that I've never seen it and that made her gasp she had an expression on her face that says how could you but what can I say I'm not one for anime, she says that after I get comfy in my dorm that she's going to watch it with me, I said yes because I had nothing else to do and I wanted a friend.
As I was walking to the library to study for a test that I Apparently can't be excused from because I'm new, it's not even an official test it's more of a pop quiz. I got the topic from a classmate and I was drawn out of my thoughts by a sudden wall. I felt embarrassed and didn't look up. Instead, I checked if anybody saw that and it seems today is my lucky day as no one was in the hallway. I finally looked up only to see that I hadn't hit a wall but it was a guy, the feeling of embarrassment crept over me and as I picked myself off the ground I heard a chuckle. It wasn't one person it was two, there was a girl next to him they both looked godly.
